Yeah, I don't own anything exotic anymore, but I do know a WHOLE bunch about most of them. For the record, tarantulas vary in aggression, but what you mentioned about being "user-friendly" is somewhat true and somewhat false. The hair follicles on a tarantula irritate the human skin and if you manage to get any into your eyes...it's off to the ER with you! Assuming you are careful and don't mind being really itchy for hours after handling one, then go for it. Just don't be pissed if it lashes at you and you get a nasty tarantula bite...because they're NOT very fun! Assuming that is indeed a true Honduran, it should be extremely docile. Good luck! But yes, spiders are not very expensive...in fact, most venomous snakes are not either. You can buy spitting cobras online for pretty cheap too! I would never recommend GETTING any venomous reptile, but that's just me... 8)

Are you kidding??? Who WOULDN'T need donkeys? I don't know how I'd function! I mean, I ride Churro to class, the mall, even to amusement parks. To avoid the parking fee, I try to smuggle him in to the petting zoos. It's like free baby-sitting for a day!

I rode DF quite a few times, myself. Sweet layout, but I couldn't handle riding more than twice in a day. My head would hurt so badly after that damn thing, it was just not worth the aftermath. It's really sad to think that we have to know "how to ride" any rollercoaster in order to enjoy it.
