I'm looking forward to seeing all this come into fruition. My family and I love MM. It is a perfect place for us to get away for several hours and enjoy each others company. I would love to see the park cleaned up. That is my only beef. I think they were starting a bit before Snyder came in. Probably his very public dissatisfaction with the company in whole made them jump a bit. I hope he works out well. It takes a rebel to shake things up. I know. I do it everyday. This is very true. I would get short of breath and winded after throwing a few punches, and Barry could probably pinch me and I'd break in half. wes (i'm a lover not a fighter) Oh Wes. ^I gotta go with Wes and Jarvis on this one. If you were truly insulted. You would have found some way to e-stop the ride. Get a supervisor. Have all the ride opps talk to you while you were blindfolded so you could identify him/her. And personally watched as the ex-employee was escorted out of the park. Threatening to sue always helps. All kidding aside. If you were that offended by the employees actions. Going back and getting the cast members name would have been the best first course of action before writing the letter. Having worked in complaint departments before, we realy only paid attention to the ones that were direct, to the point, and gave us someone to direct action with. Also, telling them that you will return gives them no incentive to take any action in the first place. On the other side of the coin, threatening them generally gets the letter trashed pretty quick as well. The best way to go is get the employees name. Give a brief description of the incident and how it made you feel. Then tell them how it affected the rest of your stay. Usualy closing with a nice remark like, "Previously I have grown accustomed to such great service and superior ride operations that this remark entirely caught me off guard. I'm sure that these policies are frowned upon and a proper course of action will be taken to remedy the matter." It is sometimes a good idea to leave a way to contact you personally. Via email of phone if you are comfortable with that. Sign it and you're done. Guy "Sorry about the sarcasm. It's in my nature. I hope the latter helps." Koepp

I will have to go in the summer. All the water rides were closed during the Ozark Christmas Celebration. Guy "I might be buying a house in Tenneesee. So I will have a place on tha East coast as well." Koepp

Yeah, BGT was an awesome park. I had a great time there in October. I can't wait to get back. Montu is the best Invert I have ever been on. I'm hoping to get on Alpengeist in the near future. Guy "Lovin' BGT." Koepp

I like Knott's I go 3 to 4 times a year. I have never had rude employees or the likes. For those of you that have never been. I encorage you to go. It's alot of fun. Guy "Am I just lucky?" Koepp

I gotta agree with you on the employees. The nicest bunch of people I have ever met. Every interaction was a pleasant experience. It was my first time there and I intend to go back. I think my only problem with it is the fact that it every path dead ends. There is no cut through from one end of the park to the other. It's very tiring to have to keep walking back and fourth between one valley and another. Guy "Lovin' tha Dollywood." Koepp

6FEGs Flying Coaster. What a POS! I reached up to grab my glasses (Which were slipping off) only to punch myself in the face. I gave myself a Bloody nose. I was there last week with my family. I got three great rides on Thunderhead. Awesome! Especially the back. Great air being pulled throught that twisted mess. This has become my favorite wood coaster. It was just awesome. I also loved Blazing Fury. My son realy liked it as well. He was a little scared after the first drop but seemed to adjust to it alright. He told me right after the bridge out portion that he was ready for the lights to come back on again. I had almost an opposite ride on the Tornado that you did. Very rough and very short. It's alright for an arrow looper. Just not a ride that I would cross the country to ride unlike TH. I also rode The Vegietales coaster. My kids loved it. My 5 year old son came running down the ramp screaming "I found Jesus!" I think that would be a good indication that he enjoyed the ride.
