So you're saying that Panic didn't suck that bad live until the played the VMAs? You're also saying that they didnt completely disgrace Smashing Pumpkins and Radiohead before then too, I suppose....

Yeah, there's no such thing as an emo that's had a really bad life. They have to have pretty good if they can afford all that hair product.

There are better designers, for sure. I wouldnt discredit DC or Buster, and Wing Over has stolen my heart lately. The problem with that is it messes with the physics. I'm pushing it as it is, though, but it's still survivable. -

^Morgan trains are just fine by me, but the reaosn Im using them is because they have far better maneuverability than the PTC trains. Also, a lot of people are complaining about 1.6, but it runs just fine on my computer. It runs better than it used to, and I have a downgraded graphics card right now. -

I'll concede that I totally misread that as "it takes much more" since somebody earlier in this thread said that and it connected weirdly in my brain. haha But still, like Wes said, you still can't compare a "theory" like God, and a scientific theory like, say, gravity.... or heliocentricity. -

A little update. The first half(the big half) is finished. I'm pretty comfortable with how the track rides in those parts. Fun. The second half, the twister section, has begun. Probably mostly going to weave around inside the superstructure of the lift hill. This part will still be just as intense and crazy, though, but a little faster paced since it is smaller. So far it's going good. I've got a nice drop, a nice lowwwwww s-curve, and a couple other tricks that seem to be track fairly well right now. May need some reworking come AHG time, but so far so good. I've also determined that when it finally comes support-tweaking time, I'll be doing all the clearances myself. As in, I'll be turning off Colision detection for the entire ride. This should allow me to have better, and cleaner, control over the over-all structure of the ride. I also think that I'll allow minor tunnel intrusions, but nothing further than what you would see if you added a tunnel after already adding supports. (So to say, that if you were to tunnel test my ride, you may see beams right along the wallas of the tunnel, but nothign more). I think that's rather fair since arm clearance is not square, and the entrance to the woodie tunnels is smaller than the inside anyway.... which never really made sense to me, but okay. Soooo, yeah. I'll try to upload some more screenshots when I get a little further along in the track. -
Meh, Panic is fun to listen to, and that's about it. I shouldnt talk to loud though, because Okinawa will come in here and yell about how he's known them since before life and stuff. Anyway, I've heard some of the new album and you can tell they actually had to try not to sound like their old selves. Now they sound like them, but going,"Man, this like our last album.... let's make a concept album!"

Elissa disappoints fanboys world wide by proclaiming,"Sorry, but I only swallow my own foot-long."

They're going to do that anyway.

I would say that's a rather unfair comparison in most cases. Things like String Theory, yes you can say the same faith applies, but most theories come after a lot of observation and nit picking. Sciences bases itself off of probability. Most will stand behind something if there is shown to be a high probability that it is true(such as, if multiple experiments are run and a majority of them return the same results). That does not require faith, that it is simply following evidence. When you try to find what caused the discrepencies and can't pinpoint the problem, that's when the "faith" aspect comes into science. Does anything need explanation? No. Nothing does, but once you ask for one you have to ask for the rest. If you don't, you're only searching for half-truths and not the big picture. I would disagree on that one. I would say it requires equals amounts of faith. It may be HARDER to justify and explain a belief in the big bang than it is to simply say "God made us," but when you get right down to it, both are equally as probable and logical as the other. The only difference is that we can make inferences to the workings behind a big bang based off of widely accepted and proven theories, whereas with God, the belief is based entirely on faith and nothing more than human opinions. There are no numbers behind God, to my knowledge. -

Army Strong - strength often applied in excessive ammounts with catastrophic results due to insufficent or lack of proper technique. That definition is applicable to many things!

Basically any constrictor will do. It depend son how big you want your snake to get. My mom has a ball python, it's a bit over 6 feet long, and it's basically awesome. They use wood chips for the bottom of his tank and I think just a plant light for his heat. The main thing to remember about having a snake is they'll be cool as long as you don't smell like an animal they would eat. SO if you have a small dog, cat, or any rodents, wash your hands before you hand them because they'll smell the animal and then see your hands as being little entities, and try to eat them. Constrictors have small teeth though, so basicaly you'll just get scratches.
