I hope this helps: This was our itinerary for the PONY World Series. I will include links to our TR for the PONY World Series in 2006 and for our trip in 2007. Idlewild SUNDAY (8/15/06) 10am-9pm? Route 30 e., Ligonier PA 15658 Lakemont SUNDAY 11am 700 Park Ave. Altoona, PA 16602 Delgrosso's SUNDAY 11am Route 220 Tipton,PA 16684 Kennywood MONDAY 11am-10pm 4800 Kennywood Blvd. West Mifflin,PA 15122 The times are when the park opens because they say they close at different times depending on the crowds and weather. Make sure you have their phone numbers. You should be able to plot the addresses out on a map in Yahoo or Google. I prefer Yahoo. You really can't get a good address for Idlewild, just use the zip code for a rough estimate. If you drive on Route 220 heading east from Pittsburgh area, you will run into Idlewild on your right. Both times I went, we did Idlewild in the AM, then hit Lakemont and finished it up with DelGrosso's. We didn't miss anything!!! Just keep an eye on the closing times for Lakemont and DelGrosso's.

I did go there in '06 and '07. It is a really small park, but the coasters were fun. You can probably get through it in a couple of hours or less. Make sure to hit DelGrosso's in Tipton and Idlewild in Ligonier! If you would like any other information, just ask! We stayed at a hotel near Kennywood and they had a deal for tickets at the park. We also stayed at a hotel near Idlewild and they had discount tickets for the park too.

It was operating when we were out there in July in the rain! And it is worth it to us. Here is a link that might help with Lakemont Park. Here is another update from the DirecTV forum. It sounds like it is a DirecTV DVR problem to me too. Myke91 Re: Audio Trouble Dec 12, 2007 I experimented last night. My Directv DVR recorded Boston Legal while my second Directv receiver received the same Boston Legal broadcast. The second receiver is a feed into Windows Media Center and was recorded on my PC. The DVR had the audio sync problem. The Media Center recording did not. This has got to be a Directv problem.

Wes, Joe, I think it is with the DirecTV DVR. I have tried what you suggested Wes, but is doesn't always work. I just wish they would fix it! Here was one of the replies in the thread: I spoke with a DirecTV technical support person last night. She told me that this is an "industry wide" problem. My first thought was "Well that's not good". ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ For 245 and 75 sync problem...Are you sure there are not two source signals? I thought channels in the 70s came from a different sat. At least they used to, because I had upgrade my dish to get signals from the 3rd satellite. In order to get the "New" HD channels, I had to upgrade my dish yet again.

^Do you have a DirecTV DVR? I think that is where the problem is. If you have a TiVo, you might be okay. If you don't have a DVR at all, then you are probably okay.

Hey guys, I don't know how many of you have DirecTV HD, but I have been having sound issues with them ever since their new satellite came out. I decided to go to their website and post on their forum. It has become one of the most popular threads. I guess this is a real bad issue. I have that rollercoaster ornament too. I really like a lot of your ornaments Chuck! I especially like the Hard Rock Cafe place. The monorail around the tree is so cool. You really know how to Deck Your Halls.

^^That looked like a great time Heath. I wish I would have known about Otto's when we drove by Penn State. That would have made the trip a little more bearable. Maybe there's another Pennsylvania trip in our future.
