Ive seen the streetmoshpere show in MGM (Now Disney's Hollywood Sudios) alot. All the streetmoshpere around the park are great. You think its fun watching the people get wet on Splash? Its more fun to go on grad nite's, turn off the cannons, let a few logs go by so people dont know what is going to happen, and then getting a whole log full of highschoolers wet. AWESOME!!! I can now die a happy man.

2007 Christmas Day Parade filming

Sorry for another reply.. but I was just looking through your pictures and you have the one with the guy wearing the vest of pins. I actually know that guy. He is good friends with my roommate. That whole vest is full of stitch pins. It weights a ton too. -
2007 Christmas Day Parade filming

Never have been while taping, but I'm always working in the park that day. My sister has gone the past few years but never me. I know that its busy enough that I don't want to go. I get to put up with all the people who think they own the place because they got a free ticket to get in, and then you have the celebrity's that always think they own the place. Oh well. Randomly today I went to Animal Kingdom and ran into Kelly Rippa. -
IAAPA EXPO 2007
mxman005 replied to OBXcoasterman's topic in Theme Parks, Roller Coasters, & Donkeys!
I had the opportunity to go in today. First time I had been to one of the expo's but definitely wont be the last. I took part in what they called a Career Slam. Basically I sat in a room and talked with a few execs, and then we went out on the trade show floor for about an hour and half. There were a bunch of us from different backgrounds. I would have really like to focus alot on the actual rides but didn't really get to that much. On the bright side I got free dippin dots. Tried to talk to B&M but it was closed down by the time I got there. Vekoma had alot of people around it. Talked with chance morgan for a bit also. Wish I had the money to go back but im a broke college student. Maybe next year. Got a few photos maybe Ill post a quick report later. -
Getting stuck on a ride!
mxman005 replied to disneygurlz2s's topic in Theme Parks, Roller Coasters, & Donkeys!
Amazingly I haven't been stuck on too much of anything Splash Mountain (WDW)--November 2005. Toward the end of the ride. Funny thing is I just finished training on Splash Mountain so I could have evacuated the ride while not in costume but that is a no no. Revenge of the Mummy (USF)-- Summer 2007-- At the false unload scene. If you didnt know they can fit 2 trains in that area. Sat thier for about 20 minutes then they tried reseting, the train in front moved and we moved to the next hold, but then it stopped again. Sat there for about 15 more minutes and then they were able to move us to the unload area. Also once on Spider man, right under the heating element so it was really hot. Happened 3 times in the same day. Real fun. -

yep same here..... only the last two are working. Weird. Ive ridden Mansion a few times since it has re-opened. Its great. Before it was a ride I would incorporate if I have the time, now its something that is a non miss. Alot bright than use to be. They didn't ruin a classic attraction. Thats what I like th most about it. -

DQ is one of those things that Im happy going to just once a year. I can go and get everything done that I want to and be happy. The last time I was there I did Cyber Space Mountain for the first time and thought that was pretty cool. I never really understood the mighty ducks game thing. I think it took to much effort, maybe thats why I dont like DDR. I think the most fun thing to do there is pirates. Its a pretty cool 3d things. The wait is usually pretty long but fun. One of my biggest problems with the place is the Jungle Cruise. In the tr pictures it shows the opening scene of the Jungle Cruise. Cinderella Castle and the Matterhorn are in the same pictures..... I guess the trees would have been to tall and would soared over the Disneyland castle so they chose not to show it. Nice to have a huge place to play video games. They need to do some major work and make it what it was back in the day, or they need to gut the place and make its a ESPN Zone. -
I also wondered this for a while, but I figured it out by myself....Surprisingly

Very original idea, and pretty cool. I love how the carry the theming into the trains. Queue looks very odd though, but theming is carried throughout and im a huge stickler on theming. -

Ive been told that the warden on Kilimanjaro has been changed. How was it. I haven't gotten over to DAK to check it out yet? Also I was at EPCOT yesterday and can report that some of the Flower and Garden stuff is already down. The last day was on Sunday. The first thing I noticed was the ship out in the front is down. -

Took a tour of this hotel in the fall b/c of a class I was taking. Very Nice. Great theming. Some realy cool technology was introduced in this hotel. The door bells were a very nice touch also. To expensive for me though

YUMMM Bread Bowls from New Orleans Square sound so good now. Just down from the bread bowls you can get a nice fatty monte crisco too. The only place I ate outside the park was at our hotel and at Taco Bell (all the way to California and I settle for taco bell). Definately hit up space. I think its all a matter of opinion of what you want to do and how much time you have. I was there for 4 days and didnt get everything done. Moved at a slow pace but I was on vacation and didnt really care much. I like getting all the mountains done but thats just my personal opinion -
