  1. I think that they just went back to the original name before Chic-Fil-A: Frontier Inn. Isn't it basically an off-brand Chick-fil-A?
  2. Can you confirm that? I hope you're right as I'll be visiting in late April. But like dstephe9 said, On Jan 7 at an ACE event, Pete Owens said that both Drop Line and White Punk Chaser are scheduled to open around Memorial Day. I wonder if this will be the start of a new Dollywood trend of their new rides opening around Memorial Day (before LR, many of their new rides had been open on Opening Day) I hope not, I hate how six flags does this but hey it's the normal for most parks now Sent from my Nexus 6P using Tapatalk Cedar Fair (outside of KBF but that one is open all year) usually has new rides open on Opening Day. The last major CF ride I remember not opening on its park's Opening Day is Maverick, and that one still opened up Memorial Day weekend despite a very last minute track replacement
  3. VR won't catch on. Six Flags tried it last year and it resulted in HORRIBLE operations on their VR coasters
  4. *Double post*
  5. The late, great John Pinette with his best-known skit
  6. To Party!!!!!!
  7. I saw that Skip Bayless had congratulated the Falcons on winning the Super Bowl (well before the game was over)! This isn't the first time this season that Bayless had called a game before it was over. Earlier this season, he congratulated the Redskins for winning a game after they went ahead by four with less than two minutes left. However, the Lions came back to win with the remaining time left.
  8. Tea. Lightning Rod or Wildfire (Kolmarden)?
  9. That's making me hungry
  10. Rocky Mountain Construction was very busy in 2016. They opened four of their own coasters (Joker, Lightning Rod, Storm Chaser, Wildfire) plus made the track for SFGAdv's Joker. Despite RMC not having a coaster of their own for 2017, they're still busy as they're making the track for the four S&S Free Spins being built for this year. They're making Mean Streak's track too, which could be a massive project. 2018 already looks busy for RMC, with this and (likely) Hurler, and possibly more.
  11. Man, I would visit the s**t out of a park that had the balls to actually have that verbatim in their policies. If I ever hit the powerball and open up a theme park I can assure you that we'll have the greatest FAQ page of any theme park on the planet.

  13. It's very stupid of him to think of getting banned from here as an achievement
  14. Millennium Force is still my #1 all time coaster!

  16. Today I went to Little Lucy's Cafe on the north side of Grand Rapids. It was very good. They're best known for having a pancake fried in bacon grease and smothered in peanut butter and syrup. It's called the Ring of Fire pancake. I decided to have it: It was very good. I managed to finish the entire thing (it's one huge pancake). My sister also had it and she was only able to finish about 1/3 of it (I think we could have probably split one). I would definitely recommend it to anyone that likes pancakes, bacon, and peanut butter. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  17. To make it worse, the refrigerator spoiled, ruining all the food in it. You go to the local museum on a school trip.
  18. No. Have you ridden an RMC?
  19. Drachen Fire
  20. That's pretty impressive, considering lightning rod has only been operational for about three of those pages combined. True... most of the pages are people griping / theorizing about its problems. Somewhere squeezed in the middle is three pages discussing the new drop tower and coaster. LOL And the last few pages now talking about Dollywood's alcohol policy (it's a dry park, but its hotel is "wet") and its food, with absolutely no mention of Lightning Rod (or any other ride). I feel an RMC at Kennywood would either be a T-Rex or a ground-up steel track hybrid (all of RMC's current steel hybrids are conversions)
