I'm more confused about why KD didn't decide to announce their 2017 addition on the 18th.

I'm leaning towards a water park addition too. A lot of people are speculating that KBF Tornado could be destined for either CP or Carowinds, but there is the possibility of it coming to Canadas Wonderland. Granted, I am not aware if there already is one there or not. There's not a large single funnel slide there. There's not even a drop slide at the water park.

I haven't gone to Wild Water KIngdom because I haven't stayed in Toronto until this year. My family usually goes to the Smokey Mountains for vacation, so the only parks that I've gone to are Cedar Point, Dollywood, and Canada's Wonderland.

Sadly I agree. Seems like the economy is just not where it needs to be and they are going to ride things out until it is. Which is fine because it is still a great park. I just hope its not 10 years before the next good coaster. I'm pretty sure there will be another coaster sometime in the next 10 years.

There would've been teasing and land clearing a while ago if it was a coaster. I'm pretty sure it's a water park expansion or another small addition.

Cedar Point has 2 campgrounds on their property, but if you can't go there, I would recommend Crystal Rock Campground. It has a lot of trees around it and it's not really close to any major road. There's a lot of bugs out at night, even in the showers, so that will be dirty in the morning. The wifi is bad, due to the trees.
