Loser_Nerd, teachers can be jerks sometimes. I am mad because my English teacher gave me a D+ on my essay. I did a good job, and worked hard. The thing that makes me really mad, is that out of about 10 things to grade on I got mostly 3's, two 4's and two 2's. 4-A 3-B 2-C 1-D 0-F I think I should have gotten a B on it because that's what score I got on thr rubric! She decides to give me a D because she feels like it. She gave me a B score, but decided to put a D+ on it. What a jerk...

Rodents and cats and birds can live in the same house. I have two birds (Finches), my sister once had a rodent, (She didn't take care of it at all) and I have had a cat for about ten years now. My cat doesn't care at all about them. In fact, we used to let the hamster climb on the cat, and the cat would just get annoyed and walk away. We did still make sure the hamster was never bothered though. I think it depends on what dog or cat you have. If you have an old cat who doesn't care about the rodent, it's okay, but if you have a young energetic cat, you better make sure the rodent is safe ALWAYS.

^Ahh! Flight simulater! I have the 2004, and I love it. It is so realistic! And yes I agree with you; remember, bigger does not mean better!

Poor Mr.Peepers! So what's happening to the dog? I think you should scare the crap out of it some how. My grandma's dog gets scared of vacumes. Especially the automatic ones. Lol, it keeps me busy for HOURS.

Yet Another Photo TR: Boomerang Bay Media Day
phazan replied to Jonathan's topic in Theme Parks, Roller Coasters, & Donkeys!
Cool! The Boomerang Bay there looks very nice like the one I have at PGA. I like Boomerang Bay, but i have never seen it running because I always go to PGA in the spring about two weeks before it opens. Nice pictures! -

Wow! That river is moving really fast! That looks like a pretty cool area you live in. The same thing happened to the creek I live next to. It got so close to emptying out onto the road. Nice pictures! -
For dirtbikes, I voted Yamaha. My first dirtbike I got was a Yamaha, my second (Also my current) is a Honda. If I could fit on my Yamaha TTR 125 better, I would ride that more! The only reason I'm on the Honda is because I need more power, and that it fits me better. I liked the way the Yamaha rode. It was a lot easier and funner to ride. I would like a Yamaha R1, but I am a little too young right now! That thing is FAST!

Thanks for all the nice coments! Okay, I have most of the pictures uploaded on Photobucket, so here are a lot more! We are coming up to Bridalveil Falls! You can see all the mist from the waterfall ahead. Everything is all wet! Here, you can see all the mist. This river is all the water from the waterfall. It was rushing really fast! That is the closest picture I could take. I wish I could have taken more, but the mist was so heavy, the lens would get too wet by the time the picture would be taken. Here it is from the distance. Scenery. More scenery. This is near the waterfall. The waterfall is running so heavy right now, it flooded some of the campsites. EL CAPITAN!!!! Seriously, this is just incredible when you see it live. It blows your mind away, it is so big! Scenery. Here is the peaceful river. It is running really fast, it just doesn't look like it because it is so deep. This is supposed to be a beach, but it is flooded! Scenery. I am in this picture, but i am so dark! Big scenery. ... Tree!! yep... yep... true... Awesome mountains! This is Half Dome. If I'm correct, the top is about a mile off the ground! There is a 17 mile hike you can take to the top, which me and my dad and maybe some other people, will take next year. The hike starts out on the valley floor, and you hike up about 5,000 ft. to the top! It takes about 7-8 hours. Deli sandwich! YUM!! creek! YAY! Faterwall! I love this picture. Looking into the Yosemite Falls mist! This is a different BIG waterfall! Here I am standing on the windy bridge with mist in my face! Awesome waterfall! And that is the end! I will have one more update after this. I took a lot of pictures in one day! -
It won't happen. http://www.themeparkreview.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=525&highlight=religion

Part 1 of my "around 100 pics" Yosemite trip. I took around 100 pictures, and I didn't want to post them all at once (Because that would take a long time) so I decided to space them out a bit. Before yesterday, I had never been to Yosemite in my life. (Although I only lived 3 1/2 hours away!) As we were driving into Yosemite, it was very nice. There was snow and lots of pine trees. (Just like Tahoe) I thought at first it was going to be like any other places in the Sierra Nevada. We (Me and my dad) Started to desend into the valley. We drove through a tunnel and as soon as we came out, we were right on the edge of a HUGE drop off. I then saw the breath-taking Yosemite Valley. It was INCREADIBLE. I have never seen cliffs that big before, and the view was absulutly amazing. I really could not belive it. Looking at the pictures doesn't really describe how it really is in real life. Anyway, enough talking, on the the "part 1" pictures! Here we are! (I took this from the car as we were driving in) SNOW!!!! There would be more, but it is all melting! Here is my beautifully made snowball. Here is the second stop we stopped at as we were driving. Beautiful? Keep reading... Big Loooooong tunnel. Here is the picture that only describes 1/3 of the feeling you get in real life. This is Yosemite Valley!! It just gives you a silent feeling, and you cant stop staring at it! Giant Mountains! After we got out of the car to look at the valley, we walked a little down the road and saw a cool fatterwall...oops I mean waterfall! (Old Joke ;D) The waterfalls were running at their fullest because of all the recent snow melt. The water moves so fast, and the waterfall was so loud. It was amazing. Little did I know, this waterfall was nothing compared to the other water falls I would see later. Don't fall into this freezing water! BIG rock! This reminds me of when cartoon people get sucked into the waterfalls! More big mountains. This is at the bottom of the big valley you saw above. This is so cool. In the next update, you will see this waterfall about 50-80 feet from the area where it empties out! This is amazing scenery. Me in the peacfull meadow. What can brown do for you? I think they are worried im going to steel toilet paper. I can only imagine what the people waiting for me outside must have thought seeing a flash come from the bathroom! Lol Another awesome waterfall. This is either Bridalveil Falls, or Yosemite Falls. I can't remember. And part 1 ends with the 3 minute "hike" going up to see Bridalveil Falls up close! Thanks for reading!!

Top Gun at PGA has a sharp turn after the loop, and it really adds to the ride. Nice coaster, very realistic. -
Well, I got back, and it was a really fun trip! The size of the cliffs are AMAZING. Ill post a trip report maybe tomorrow. Thanks for the help Shepp! I could sit there watching the water fall with freezing mist blowing hard into my face for hours! It is just so cool!

Thank you so much for your help! We read a lot of good reviews about Bridaveil Falls, so we are planning on doing that if we can get there. There is a lot of flooding going on right now because of the fast snow melt. Is Bridaveil Falls close to El Capitan?
-
Me and my dad are planning to go to Yosemite soon, and we have never been there. Have any of you done something there that you liked a lot? I am looking for types things like hikes without much people around. I just want to go out and see the some cool nature stuff without being surrounded by a lot of people. Also, keep in mind I am going on a day trip so I don’t have one day to do stuff! Any help would be great! -Thanks!

1. I want to win $1,000,000. 2. I love doughnuts. 3. I drink coffee every morning and it hasn't stunted my growth like everyone warned about 3 years ago. 4. I have four flesh eating plants in my room right now. 5. I have been SCUBA diving in Hawaii. (I know what the difference is between SCUBA diving and snorkeling)

There was a mosquito in my room last night, and now I have like 20 bites all over me.

Well for my 8th grade graduation, the 7th grade band played Star Wars, becuase the band directer at that school sucks, and that's all they knew how to play. I couldn't stop laughing!! For good laughs, Star Wars is the song of choice!

^^Sweet! The last concert I saw was a couple months back. It was a jazz concert, and I dont remember who it was. It had a famous drumer. (Dave Wekle I think, I dont know how to spell his name) It wasn't that great, becuase I really am not into that type of music. My dad talked me into it. But I once saw Weird Al at PGA! That was probably the best concert Ive been to, and the only one I really liked a lot.
