Knowing how CP tends to push for capacity in ride designs, I would expect 7-car trains on this ride. -

6 trains. And that parallel double station. And the record for longest coaster. Dreaming is free! Work time. ...and gold track? -

Yeah I might disagree with some of that. -

20. Better than 4. Is this a countdown of hints, starting with implying "more than 4" of something, with indication that "upside down" could be that something. -

They often go to rainbow colors on the lift supports. I wouldn't assume it has anything to do with sexuality. -

Wow all this time I thought it was common knowledge that Cedar Downs doesn't run at full speed. -

Roller coasters are basically physics, which is primarily math. Example: You know what "Gs" actually mean? That's how many times the acceleration due to gravity (9.81 m/s^2 or 21.94 mph) the coaster will reach. It's NOT the same as velocity. The reason you get airtime is because you're getting the opposite; negative acceleration due to gravity. One of the reasons why Skyrush is so fast despite the drop being smaller than many other hypercoasters is because the cable lift will already yield a higher amount of KE to add on to the existing drop. Conversely, of the reasons why dive coasters are always slower than hypers despite similar drops is because the amount of KE at the top is near zero thanks to the holding break. Did this seriously just happen? Don't get me wrong, I love the enthusiasm, but maybe 1% of TPR doesn't understand basic physics. -

Except the lift starts significantly closer to the old station building, cutting at least 50ft off your maximum estimate. -

Power Tower runs in lightning? Nothing seems odd about that? -
None of the post-credit scenes in the Pirates franchise mean anything at all. And how have you not seen the first one???

Beast has had trims on it for nearly its entire existence. They just changed from skids to magnets. -

I can't believe I need to clarify. I'm at an amusement park to have fun. And as much as ignorant words hurt feelings, it's not worth getting upset over and ruining your day. The bartender probably should have addressed you personally, but he may not have noticed that you were disturbed by those comments or his reaction. I can't explain his behavior, but I can advise you to just let this kind of thing roll off your back. Life is much easier when you don't let people get under your skin. -

I feel like you overreacted a bit. Then again, I couldn't care less what some guy at a bar says about me. I probably would have laughed and agreed with whatever was said. Maybe even added to it a bit. Ignorance isn't going to be solved by confrontation, that usually just makes it worse. Look at all the ignorant people rioting because they don't agree with the president. It's not solving anything and just makes them look hysterical. -

Oh man, I wish customers offered to buy any new equipment that was starting to show age instead of just complaining about how "dirty" the business is. Thousands of people per day will make things dirty. It's (unfortunately) up to the business to maintain cleanliness. -

Here, and if you want people to get into a bidding war then try this too. Tell them you're an enthusiast and be sure to include your screen name on your application. The phone should start ringing off the hook. Wouldn't be my first job choice, but you gotta start somewhere. -

Out of curiosity, where did you sit? 3-bench PTC cars are notorious for giving terrible rides in the 3rd row of any car. I always recommend The Beast in rows 1, 2, 4, 5. -

Good lord... I've got nothing. This thing is bonkers. The section it is approaching was the long, slow turn under the lift. The one that made that amazing screeching sound. I can only imagine that this direction change will be rather more abrupt. -

I'd really like to know why everyone always says SkyRush hurts their legs. I've ridden SkyRush many times and I have never gotten off it in pain. I pretty much always ride in the front row, too. I can't remember if I've ever ridden in the front. I just know that it's the only ride to ever cause me that type of discomfort. I never understood the Magnum complaints, and haven't had issues on other Intamin rides at all. It might be because of the similarity between the SkyRush and Millennium Flyer lap bars. [Millennium Flyers cause me discomfort as the lap bar fits perfectly at my waist so I get punched in the stomach and stapled at the same time.]
