Tallest coaster you've been on.

Superman: Escape From Krypton -
So when a guy shoots up a church in the name of racism, all the news channels for the next couple weeks spend all of its time talking about "Is racism still in America?". This even sparked the whole confederate flag debate, which was a HUGE deal. However, when a guy shoots up a club in the name of homophobia, all people can talk about is how we should ban guns.

Alright it's really pissing me off that everyone is politicizing this event. 50 innocent lives were taken. Shouldn't we be focusing on the lives lost instead of using it as an argument for having more surveillance for Muslims or for using it as an argument for gun control? Like when I turned on Facebook I expected to see a bunch of posts saying "Pray for Orlando", but then all I saw were a bunch of posts about "Well if we had done this or that the shooting would not have happened". Our thoughts should be with those who were attacked and their family members, not on how we can use the event to further political points.

How Often Do You Go To Your Local Park?
Lameformer replied to sfmmrules!'s topic in Theme Parks, Roller Coasters, & Donkeys!
Let's do this DLR: I try to go about 4 or 5 times a year as there are so many blockout dates and it often gets so crowded that I can only ride a couple rides. KBF: I probably go about every other month, as the park is pretty easy to complete and gets boring after a while. SFMM: I go about 4 times a year, as its a 2 hour drive from my house. -
I went to SFMM yesterday and the following is a quick trip report. First off, the park was unexpectedly not crowded. We were able to ride everything that we wanted to ride in about 8 hours, which is pretty good. Most of the rides had a 20 minute wait, and The New Revolution was the only line that came close to being an hour long. In addition, the weather was great. It was in the low 70s all day and it was pretty cloudy. I finally got to ride The New Revolution and boy is it great. It felt like a really good simulator ride. The VR technology definitely raises this coaster's ranking in my book. However, the VR did slow down the line a ton. Riddler's Revenge was running kinda rough and that scared me a bit, considering its one of my favorite coasters. I rode X2 without the music for the first time and I realized that the music plays a big part in why I like X2 so much. Batman is better than I remembered. I didn't see anything new regarding Project 2017. It looked like everything in the Riddler Plaza was just sitting there, surrounded by fences, untouched. However, I wasn't going out of my way to look for stuff related to Project 2017, so I may have missed something. SFMM actually has decent chicken fingers and fries. And yeah that's about it.

Islands is a tropical themed burger chain in the western United States, so its in Hawaii, California, Arizona and Nevada

On Saturday I went to Islands and ordered the "Malibu" burger. It's basically a regular cheeseburger with bacon, and it was pretty good. The meat was really great and the bacon was amazing. Islands is really underrated when it comes to burgers in my opinion.

Weirdest Things The 'GP' Have Said

My school used an April Fool's day prank picture of "Six Flags Borderlands" to advertise Six Flags Magic Mountain. -
I got an idea- the barrel roll corkscrew loop So you get a barrel roll, and than you twist it into the shape of a corkscrew. And then you get the corkscrew and a bunch of other corkscrews and make it into a tall loop, kind of like how you would but a coiled telephone wire into a loop shape. And then you ride it. Yeah.

This kid is cancer. People go crazy over him simply because he lip syncs and moves his camera while he lip syncs. And his ego is so freaking big. Sorry, it's just that people like this really tick me off.

Abandoning all hope of it ever making any sort of chronological sense lessens the stress. Its predecessor had a similar flaw. I don't care one bit about chronology. I just hate the ride. The original Star Tours was fun and violent ( simulator pulled no punches). The update is slow, boring, uninteresting, and soft. as I went to DLP in December where I got to ride the OG Star Tours and yes, the ride is much more violent. However, I wouldn't call this a good thing, because it makes the ride rougher. The new version has much more realistic movements.

*eating dinner with my family* Sister: This one boy in my math class, who went to Disneyland on Monday with the school band class, apparently pulled out a selfie stick while riding California Screamin and had the whole ride stopped. Me: After further digging, I found out that everyone in the school seemed really amused by it. Kinda interesting considering how dangerous it was, but that's middle school for you.
