  1. Adding on to this Montezooma's Revenge discussion, I highly doubt they'd remove Montezooma. It's takes up too little space, its too good of a ride, and its too much of a classic. And going deeper into the classic part, Knott's has been showing a lot of love to their classics over the past few years, whether it be refurbishing the Timer Log Mountain Ride or the Calico Mine Train or re-energizing Ghost Town with Ghost Town Alive. In my opinion, restoring Montezooma to its original color scheme is basically a guarantee that Knott's loves their classics and all their classics are here to stay.
  2. I'll be rooting for the Pats, and I think they'll win. The Falcons have a great offense, but so did the Steelers.
  3. I hate to interrupt this beef, but I have a couple of questions about a visit to the park I'm planning to make soon. I was planning to go to SFMM on Sunday the 29th, which is a bring a friend free day. I've never been to SFMM on a bring a friend free day, and I was wondering if anyone knows how crowded it will get? I've heard some say that the amount of people going to the park will double, but that seems unlikely to me, especially on a late-January Sunday. I was also wondering how the bring a friend process works? Does my friend just wait in line with me and they let him in when I show them my pass? Or do I have to do something else, like register him in at a ticket booth?

  5. Quick question: what do y'all think of this trade? It a non PPR league too btw
  6. What the heck did I just watch...
  7. That Adrian Peterson for David Johnson straight up trade looked pretty one sided at first but with Peterson out this may turn out to be an amazing trade for Storm Chasers.
  8. From the 2011-2012 season until the 2015-2016 season the Packers were my favorite team. Once the Rams announced that they were coming to LA, the Rams became my favorite team. After Monday night, the Packers became my favorite team once again.
  9. On my other league I just traded Thomas Rawls and Micheal Floyd for CJ Anderson and Jeremy Maclin Probably running this CJ Anderson hype train too hard but I think it's gonna work out in the end
  10. Anyone know what time the announcement vid will be posted?

  12. https://disneyparks.disney.go.com/blog/2016/07/guardians-of-the-galaxy-mission-breakout-coming-to-disney-california-adventure-park-summer-2017/ Don't like the idea of the re-theme though, Don't think it will match the rest of the area Wait, what? You do realize that the retheme was announced a while back, right?
  13. In case you haven't heard Teddy Bridgewater tore his ACL today. I could honestly care less about the Vikings but I still feel sorry for the guy. Teddy Bridgewater isn't the greatest QB nor is he poised to be, but he's a good person who works hard, does his job, and stays out of trouble.
  14. Any preseason playoff predictions? Here are mine- AFC 1. New England- Although Brady will be out for the first four games, I still think that the team is good enough to get the #1 seed, especially since the rest of the AFC is not very strong. 2. Pittsburgh- Yes Martavis Bryant is out and yes Le'Veon Bell will miss the first 4 games but I still think that this offense is simply too good for them not to make the playoffs. Their defense isn't the greatest though, which is why I'm giving them the 2nd seed rather than the 1st. 3. Oakland- This offseason turned the Raiders from a team downs towards the bottom of the barrel to a team that's favorited to win their division. Derek Carr and Latavius Murray looked very promising last year and Khalil Mack is probably the second best DE or OLB in the NFL, but their acquisitions of Kelechi Osmele, Bruce Irvin, Sean Smith and Reggie Nelson are whats really going to push them over the edge. 4. Indianapolis- Despite a bad season last year, many people are predicting the Colts to rebound to their former selves. I don't think that's gonna happen. I feel like all they have is Andrew Luck, T.Y. Hilton and Vontae Davis. They're going to be decent, but they'll definitely be benefiting from being in a weaker division. 5. Kansas City- The Chiefs were solid last year and they only really lost Sean Smith. With a healthy Jamaal Charles they should be able to return to the playoffs 6. Cincinnati- The Bengals were a surprise last year, but their loss of Reggie Nelson and some of their receivers will probably hurt them. Plus I kinda feel like their success last year was a fluke Just Out: Jaguars, Jets, Ravens NFC 1. Carolina- Yes they lost their defensive star Josh Norman, but their high powered offense will probably be enough to bring them atop of the NFC once again. 2. Green Bay- Last season Green Bay got pretty beat up but they were still able to make it to the second round. With a healthy Jordy Nelson and O-Line, I think that Green Bay will have enough to bring them to the #2 seed. 3. Arizona- The Cards were great last season, but you have to ask yourself if Carson Palmer's career year was a fluke or if age will get to him. However I do think that this is David Johnson's breakout year where he will prove himself to be one of the NFL's best rushers (can you guess who my starting RB is on my fantasy team?). 4. Dallas- Even without Tony Romo I think this Cowboys team will make it to the playoffs, especially with preseason stud Dak Prescott at QB. They got a great offense with the NFL's best O-Line and the amazing Dez Bryant plus they have some nice pieces on defense. 5. Minnesota- Last year they did great, and as a young team they're only getting better. I think the Vikings will narrowly lose out the #2 seed to the Packers. 6. Seahawks- I had them making it to the Superbowl last year, but Lynch's retirement is definitely going to impact them. I think they're still going to be a great team, but the best of the NFC is simply too good for them to get a higher seed. Just Out: Redskins, Giants, Falcons
  15. I was working with a bunch of people from school and they started playing Christmas music...
  16. Sorry, I meant spin more violently. I used to always remember the rafts making one rotation on the way down, but the most recent time I rode it I noticed that my raft spun a bunch of times on the way down. Three of my friends, who were all on a different raft, felt the same way.
  17. Quick Question: Has anyone else noticed that the rafts now spin during the final drop of Grizzly River Run?
  18. I feel like Friday won't be that bad, as schools are starting to go back in session. However, I can't comment on Saturday, as I haven't been to Disney on a Saturday in ages.
  19. So yesterday the summer blockout came to a close and naturally, as a annual pass holder, I went. One thing that I noticed was that the park was surprisingly light from around 8-1. Splash Mountain was a walk on at 9, Big Thunder was a 8 minute wait a little after 9, and California Screamin' was a 5 minute wait a little after noon. However, the park exploded from around 1 until 5, but it ended up quickly dying down into the night. Around 5 the California Screamin' operations were fantastic. Every single train sent out was waiting a bit on the launch. A wait that usually would be 30 minutes was 15 minutes.
  20. They're calling it a "huge" announcement, not a huge ride.
  21. The expansion looks pretty sick. I feel like those new slides are going to take the park to the next level. It sucks that they're getting rid of Pacific Spin, but it's probably a worthwhile sacrifice.
