  1. The thing about Michigan's Adventure's new picture is that I see 2 new coasters. A GCI "Prowler/ Renegade" type coaster (Red) and then a vertical loop ride. (Black). Anyone else notice the ferris wheel looks like it placed at the last second? Wood/ Steel hybrid? I love Cedar Fair's new website.
  2. The slides need to be re-painted. It's really boring that of the slides are the cream color. When Beach Party was added, it really sparked the area, because of all the vibrant colors. I guess the only ones that come to mind are the 6 tube slides and the 2 speed slides. Snake Pit and the big raft slides can stay.
  3. Wildcat is amazing, it has truly almost become a new coaster. Those hills after the wide turnaround used to be awful, but they are a lot better. One spot that Timbers needs some TLC is the part before the helix.
  4. I have no problem with those, but they scream European style paint job.
  5. This was a huge rumor 5-8 years ago that never happened. It really gained steam when Thunderhawk opened. To be honest it would ruin the train. I think they should connect the path when more stuff is added over there.
  6. My 5 year plan for Michigan's Adventure 2016- S&S Tower 2017- Chance Hyper GTX Coaster 2018- Off Year 2019- Camp Snoopy- Think it fits better than Planet Snoopy. 2020- Water slides repainted replacing the ugly boring cream color with more vibrant colors.
  7. My ranking are based on the ride selection from kid rides to the big thrills. 1. Kings Island 2. Carowinds 3. Cedar Point 4. Canada's Wonderland 5. Kings Dominion 6. Worlds of Fun 7. ValleyFair 8. Dorney Park 9. Knott's Berry Farm 10. California's Great America 11. Michigan's Adventure
  8. The zoo has really expanded the past few years, with the log flume to the giant aquarium and the new Africa area. The zoo is really nice, I used to go here with my grandparents every here during spring break when I was young. Is this the idea of the layout?https://www.chancerides.com/coasters/images/family_coaster_spec_sheet.pdf
  9. Fantastic report! The plaza around Fury looks very nice.
  10. Does the park still have a height restriction?
  11. I asked the park on Facebook and their response was that the Trabant is not being removed. They are either hiding the future plans or it is not moving. Maybe the ride is under rehab and they took it down for offseason mantaince.
  12. Very good so far. It has a very "Mexican" feel to it. Hopefully the chairlift's second station adds more rides, it's just sitting there all alone.
  13. The flat ride collection is seriously lacking. A drop tower would be nice. At this point, to be honest, I don't care what they add, just add something in 2016! We all thought Thunderhawk was going to be a really bad headbanger, but it isn't that bad. The path going along the lake could use a nice restaurant.
  14. The floorless, I think Joker's Jinx reminds me of Medusa at Discovery Kingdom. I thought of that first instead of Scream.
  15. My thoughts, the helix is a tad slow, but it's probably slow in comparison to just how fast the first half is. The head choppers make up for it. The other thing is that the ride going under the path after the turnaround is going to fun. It will show just how fast the ride is moving.
  16. I'm digging Roar of Toro's layout. Interesting idea on Goliath's turnaround and putting a concrete base there.
  17. Scream's new color scheme looks a lot better than before. Now can change the name?
  18. What ever the Point has planned for next year will be impressive. They have a ton of room to work with.
  19. How was Hang Time maintained? If wasn't anything but great, I don't think it would work. As much as a ride like that would be great for the park.
  20. Thanks for the insight Doug. I may have been a bit harsh. Your reasoning behind it makes sense.
  21. Are those supposed to flags on Independence Hall or is there an actually circus in there? The Wild West area will be interesting to see be developed. I think a log flume would be cool out of the mountain, the only problem with my opinion is that the mountain isn't big enough for the ride.
  22. This is just amazing! The ride through the terrain was executed to perfection.
  23. I think it is just the 2 outside slides. Judging by the video I only the 2 twisty ones and nothing down the middle. "You Can't Control the Roll." Get rid of the cheesy tagline. Both are great additions for the park none the less.
  24. NewsPlusNotes found a blueprint sheet for where the concrete and drainage for the new ride in the 2016 will be. It looks like a dark ride/ coaster but can't tell exactly what. newsplusnotes.blogspot.com/2015/02/taking-look-at-busch-gardens-tampas.html
  25. They have big profit margins because the park never buys anything worth noting. Of course they will. If Cedar Fair wanted to sell the park, I think they would've already. However Cedar Fair is keeping the park because they can spend the money else where. Mainly Cedar Point to keep the locals going to their flag park.
