  1. Now if they could make some better trains for magnum....
  2. Im shocked they got rid of hydroblaster. The one at MIA is popular and fun!
  3. If there just gonna throw it away, ill take the Mantis sign, or even one of the cars off the train!
  4. Looked it up, did not know that Intamin made that. looks like B&M track, then I saw the subcontractor and it made sense!

  6. I actually sell cars for a living. I would always drive awd turbo eclipses and 3000gt's. Then came the day I started selling cars. I have sold both. I like both. But the evo is like a car no other. So much power and so responsive. I like both, but love the evo. I even have a Mitsubishi tattoo on my back. Which is funny because I sell cars at a gm dealer haha. As of right now I drive a 4g Eclipse GT. Insurance on a Lancer evolution is crazy
  7. Manual transmission or bust. I'll forget the fact that Santa made a poor choice by not buying a Subaru. STI
  8. My first was MF at CP, luckily a couple years later i got to ride Maverick
  9. I don't know about that. I think Mantis with floorless trains would be a lot of fun but I'm sure Raptor would still be lightyears ahead of it. Personally I love Gatekeeper despite the amazing amount of hate that it gets so I have a hard time believing Floorless Mantis would be better than that either though many people would probably disagree with me on that. I would take take Mantis in its current state over gatekeeper! Thats just me. GK is super smooth and a very pretty ride. Just doesn't do it for me. Raptor hands down is the best B&M at CP Srs? I'd rank GateKeeper above Raptor, and I'd put it just behind Millenium Force & forth overall at the park. That first drop is quite intense, and fun. The seating arrangements are unique to the park, and fun. The keyholes are fun. The weightlessness you get on the slow role on the way back is unique to the ride. Overall, it's a FUN (did I say that enough?) ride that I couldn't get enough of on my last trip to the park. I love the capacity too. See I would put Raptor behind Maverick. Number 1 would be maverick, then number 2 Raptor, MF, TTD, so on and so on
  10. I know we already have a what was your first B&M coaster thread, but I thought it would be fun to see what peoples first Intamin coaster was. Being that they are the ford vs chevy in terms of coaster greats!

  12. I think the newer ones are great. Even more so with the new trains, and the new vest style otsr
  13. I guarantee that its going to be a multimillion dollar investment. A new kids area, a new slide complex, rumors of moving the SC entrance and new infrastructure! Not to shabby
  14. Bring back Chance Chaos not revive trabant's (old school whipeout before they got good) kill of rides that have not operated in years but the GP can still see sitting there wasting space
  15. While I found Magnum at cedar point to be fairly smooth, the lap bars kill my legs every time to the point where is unbearable. And thats coming from a guy who loves wood roller coasters and SLC's
  16. Raptor. Got me hooked on inverts!
  17. I do know behind wildcar grill is where the septic and garbage goes, thats usually what I smell
  18. SFMM has been my dream to go to for ever. I hear bad things about the park, but on paper there coaster line up looks amazing
  19. They will be building future installations on the east side. The new water tower has helped with alot of the drainage. It has really dried up out there
  20. ^ They still make them. One was made in China last year. Just not a lot of parks buying them anymore. I think flying coasters were a trend. B&M hasnt been selling lots of them either. All the NEWER product vekomas have came a long way. There new motorbike coasters rock! Battle star Galatica looks very nice. 4 abreast seating like B&M. Once there new products start hitting us shores, i think alot of people will be shocked. Its not boomerangs and old school SLC;s anymore
  21. I love them! They made the new stringray a few years back that looks awesome
  22. I agree. There are alot companies that make good coasters. I know B&M fanboys are gonna boo me, but there are OTHER companies that make as good if not better roller coasters, and alot of the times less expensive!
  23. You should ride coasters for the enjoyment of riding, not for the coaster count
  24. I still think a modern custom SLC with the new trains and the vest style otsr's would be great at VF. There thrilling, and a lot cheaper then a B&M invert.
