Grsupercitys quest for coaster credits

So we have not been to Carowinds in about 6 years. Park has had some nice improvements since then. I really liked Harmony Hall. I think Carowinds camp snoopy is nicer than Kings Islands planet snoopy. The highlight was finally riding Copperhead Strike. After reading negative reviews I went in with super low expectations. This ride was great. Easily a top three coaster in the park. Excited to go back in a few years to see the new aviation themed land Way back from North Carolina we stopped the creepy clown park Camden Park. My 36 inch tall daughter was able to ride all 4 coasters. She loved the haunted house and big dipper. A little TLC and this place could be very nice. Big Dipper had 2 really nice pops of air. I have 3 kids that are 1, 3 and 5 and this park has a nice selection of kids rides. Lil Dipper was pretty forgettable. We had a pretty off centered trip on the SPF Visa and had some good spins. Park had a nice gift shop with good prices. Biggest negative I will give the park is the food selection. Only thing we could find was hot dogs and pizza. The only closed attraction was the train. We almost rode the log flume but after 20 minutes of waiting we gave up. It was very hot and humid and it was the only ride with a wait. Looked like a nice flume. Hopkins? Big Dipper I believe had NAD trains? Very comfy with minal restraints. Most of the park was old classic rides but they do have some newer SBF rides like a spinning pendulum. If you are traveling through West Virginia I would say it's worth a couple hour visit. Driving through Hunington VW I will say its the most hillbilly town I have been in lol -

a swing launch with lsm's would be interesting. Have the train enter a transfer track where it enters the launch area. LSM's do a slow launch forward, a faster launch backwards up a spike and then up the final speed forwards! -

Those were my guesses on what could be being built. I am torn on which way the park could be going. I have heard rumors on both -

A family launched coaster? Doesn't fire chaser express fit that bill? Maybe the cars will spin like time traveler? -

Grsupercitys quest for coaster credits

We spent the weekend in the Cincinnati area. We did a quick stop at Scene 75 in Dayton and was impressed. Lots to do. The sbf visa coaster was larger then some of the other models I have ridden. Newport Aquirium was slammed. Reservation only and we struggled to get one. I liked the whole entertainment district it was in Coney island was extremely almost unenjoyably busy. They had a big air balloon event going on. The old amusement park side had lots of food trucks, games and fun houses ect Our last attraction was the exclusive Strickers Grove. This park was soooooo busy. I never would have guessed so many people can fit into such a small park. They had a unique flat ride that in my 40 or so parks i have never seen. It was called tip top. It was like a tea cup missed with a Tagada. Teddy bear was a smooth little coaster. Only 35 inch height limit. Buzz bars with no seat belts. That resulted in very quick dispatches. Which was good since the line was 100 yards into the midway. Tornado was the larger coaster. Buzz bars with Seat belts. For a smaller park it was fairly smooth. There was a weird double down element that had a great pop of air on the exit. Good selection of flats for small park and a nice train ride. Empty ride pad some locals told me used to be a small drop tower. Pirate was closed unfortunately. Park needed the extra capacity. This park is weird since it's only open to the public a few nights a year. No gift shop. I would recommend a visit just don't go on fourth of July -
Flight Deck to Valleyfair Railblazer to Dorney Psycho Mouse used for parts for both Mad Mouse's Gold Striker trains to KBF and WOF Delirium and Drop Zone to Michigan's Adventure Tiki Twirl to Gilroy Gardens Patriot either to WOF or its trains to Carowinds for Vortex conversion. Lucy's used for parts and rest scrapped Woodstock express sold to smaller park Grizzly trains to Kings Dominion Demon stripped of useful parts and rest scrapped I could see some of the slides move to VF since they really need them Star tower scrapped a huge selection of flats can be dispersed or sold off

I could picture premier, S&S or Vekoma retracking large sections. I would assume it would also prolong its life span. Then have some new lap bar vekoma trains installed!!!!! -
I was just at Dutch wonderland and I thought Merlins Mayhem was really smooth and I really enjoyed its open comfortable trains. Surprised you thought it was on octagon wheels. I got to ride the wonder house and thought it was great fun. It was a simple double bench that could rock and the house spinning was a great illusion
