  1. I'm now starving from reading this report. I'd love to get down to Food and Wine sometime. It looks like the best time to visit Epcot!
  2. I would like to see Thrill Zone City.
  3. I just won a TPR Bag-O-Crap! Yay!!!
  4. Gramted, they never build anything else, ever. I wish I could go to Epcot's Food and Wine Festival.
  5. ^I think that this is a way cooler shot of that control panel.
  6. Irvine Ondrey Engineering posted these awesome shot of Mad Mouse's re-did control panel! Nerdy Control Panel Shot SUPER Nerdy Control Panel Shot!
  7. X-Flight (Back, Left), Renegade, Raging Bull (Back) and Steel Hawg were very fun.
  8. Unless of course you've been on X-flight. Which IMHO is a better drop because it's tighter and has a more interesting pullout into the zero-g element. X-Flight's 1st drop is one of my favorite elements on any coaster towards the back-left. Very interesting element that took me by surprise (I knew it was there, but I didn't know it would feel like that!).
  9. That looks great! I can't wait to see what they can do with an all-steel roller coaster! I wonder if it will be able to twist more than the current track can in a short distance (I believe that the current track can twist 3 degrees every foot, or something close to that).
  10. Well, looks like I'll be getting short lines for the flyers next year!
  11. Seemed like a good enough quote to me! . . . Sorry, it just seems so fitting for these forums that I knew it would make a great signature... Hope you don't mind that I used it!! If it bothers you, just message me and I will remove it! I don't mind if you have it, it's such a great quote for these enthusiast forums that I don't see a problem with it being in two different people's signatures.
  12. Why? That means a shorter line for you!
  13. Make sure to ride all the major coasters, the Log Flume, Shell Shock, and the, Tumbler (I think it is called the Atomic Collider or something of the sorts). I would recommend going to Brain Surge at opening, because it takes forever to load and unload. IMO the best ride in the park is the Log Flume, so make that a high-priority when you are at the park.
  14. I can guarantee that that isn't the reason they invest more heavily in other parks. If they want a park to succeed that is close to another park, they have to remain better than the park that is close, or offer something special to make people want to go there.
  15. Great report! Exceptional report for a 12 year old! West Coast Bash looks fantastic, too bad I don't see myself going anytime soon. Thanks for posting!
  16. I don't think that many people were expecting a coaster this year. With the exception of the past week, it was agreed upon that Flyers were coming, and nothing else. Then this week ideas were being thrown around about a Frisbee ride in addition to flyers and B&M inverts and I think that this past week of optimism set people up for disappointment.
  17. I'm tempted to put this quote in my signature: “You are not entitled to your opinion. You are entitled to your informed opinion. No one is entitled to be ignorant.” ~Harlan Ellison
  18. I'm happy with this addition. It was expected, but Flyers are never a bad thing.
  19. Folk, celtic, and classical.
  20. Maybe Switchback at ZDT's, as well.
  21. This topic already exists: http://www.themeparkreview.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=2&t=17941
  22. I have a feeling this is just going to become a popularity contest.
  23. I just updated the first post so that all of the coaster rankings are to the Top 50. How did Whizzer beat Olympia Looping and Medusa Steel Coaster? I enjoyed Whizzer, don't get me wrong, but I would rather ride Olympia Looping or Medusa Steel Coaster.
