^ I hope they don't consider removing Blizzard River. It's one of the best rapids rides I've ridden (admittedly, I haven't been on many but it's still really good.) I do agree that it could use some TLC though. The penguins in the station seem to be caked in about two inches of dust.

Yep. When we pulled back into the station, the bar just flew open before they unlocked them. Don't know how it didn't fly open during the ride, but thank the lord it didn't.

The best thing about the new map is that it seems the path through Old Country is going to be permanently open.

I think we'll be ok. There's no indication that VR is coming here this summer, so lets just hope it flops at the other parks and they scrap the idea.

Yea that was my thought immediately. I can't speak for the other parks, but the loading for Superman at NE is already very slow. Adding these headsets is sure to make them slower still.

They aren't clones of each other. Great Adventure needed to shoot promos and RT was still under construction; Racer at KI had a similar layout so they filmed/shot their promos on that ride.

QFT. GAdv is much more well-rounded than it was 10 years ago. Hell, it's better than it was even five years ago. I don't understand how this is lost on people and yet, it always is.

Wait, why the automatic assumption that "Titan" will be used at GAdv? Trademarks are filed by corporate.

^ I thought MM's Green Lantern was great. If it's open, definitely take a spin. If nothing else, it will at least give you an idea of what to expect when Joker opens.

^ That, and much less of a risk of damage. I believe the park when they say the parking lot isn't viable. People are idiots, they will find a way to either damage the panels or themselves were they to be built in the lot. Like I said earlier, with both sides digging their heels in and unable to compromise, this project will probably fall by the wayside.

As far as I know, Six Flags isn't paying for it. I heard that an outside company is footing the bill and doing the work; the park is just providing the land and reaping the benefit. Edit: After reading the initial press release, from last March, I believe I'm mistaken. Although the outside company (KDC Solar) will indeed own and operate the facility, I'm sure the park is paying them. Not sure where I heard what I mentioned initially; might have just been me having a brain fart.

I'd rather have the best starting rotation in the league. Mets 2016!

GAdv does have one of these towers. In all my years visiting the park, I've never once seen it manned.

I agree also. 67 acres worth of trees is way too much.
