I am completely fine with this addition. However if we get an expensive dark ride this year, that probably will mean no new coaster next year either... I am also wondering where they'll put JLBFM if we get it.

Got back an hour ago from seeing boston and Kansas. Fantastic show. Tom scholz is 68 and damn he and boston sounded amazing. I was blown away by their performance and would definitely see them again.

Seeing that Carowinds announcement made me feel really depressed about wht SFOG has gotten in the coaster department over the last few years.

What slides do you guys want to see at the harbour in coming years? I personally want to see one of those master blaster water coasters, but I believe SFNE has the only one at a Six Flags park.

Just thought of something. The announcement could be for holiday in the park and the words spell out North Pole. Just a guess though

I have a feeling it's a show. I don't think it's a ride since they always do all the ride announcements together for all the parks.

Not sure if this is possible, but the park could bring back the second entrance and make it near the back of the park and it would be close to the older Parking lot. It would help a lot with hurricane harbour and would keep front gate lines down. I don't think anyone wants to walk all the way to the back of the park if they want to go to the waterpark.

This ride looks sick, and I am pretty excited that this will be only about six hours from where I live. I will probably visit once they add their next coaster in 2016 or whatever

^lol probably. they close rides when it's barely sprinkling outside so they will probably do the same with wind.

^I was actually thinking the same thing, but maybe with St. Louis or Over Georgia and SFA. Great adventure does not need that coaster. The only concern I have is that the relocation might "mess up" up the ride and it could be rougher

Considering that Hurricane Harbor itself is a part of a multi-year, multi-million investment into the park, it is very possible we could see the next coaster in a few years, hopefully replacing Ninja. I don't know why everyone wants ninja to be replaced, I think it's a fun ride and has improved, although I wish they would add those new vekoma trains to completely eliminate the problem. Plus it looks awesome on that lake and adds to the coaster count .Instead of removing it, they could get rid of the picnic pavilion(and build another one somewhere else). And then use that area for a coaster, and maybe they could take out that play area in whistlestop park that no one uses to have even more room. I just hope we don't end up with another B&M though.
