Are they going to paint it? The rust color makes that section of the park look very drab and depressing...expecially with the sunset.

Wow the park is looking great actually. I might change my mind about SF after this season.

It was stated in an article(Dunno which one...there are too many) that the heartline was the problem.

All of the Morgan and Arrow hypers are trimmed to some extent. I forgot that Phantoms Revenge has a trim this year right before the double down.

How trimmed down is it? THanks god for Phantoms Revenge...probably the only coaster that isn't trimmed.

I was talking more about the side wheels...they sound like a dying dog when their's pressure on them.

Don't forget the loudest coaster. We all know how loud Villain is when it hits the turn-arounds...just imagine the sound amplified 100x more when it hits the rosebowl going 70.

Are you kidding me? WildThing looks like the one of the most tame hypers I have ever seen. Ever since I saw the POV on my Greatest Thrill Rides 2000 Edition, I always thought it looks boring with it's slow straight drops and long overbanks where the train looks like it has no force what so ever.

Safety is obviously not their #1 priority if they deemed that since a problem didn't occur previous years. How stupid. Also, it seems like the coaster was running on one set of wheels till it hit the bottom of that hill and it probably lost so much momentum that it stopped and tilted over.

Hershey and Dorney. I mean you get twice the amount of coasters with less waiting time and the atmospheres are much better than GAVD

You all can think of B&M as the grandparents of coasters. They take it easy and are really slow and forceless. Intaride however, is the young hip teenager who loves to take risks and doesn't care if he or she gets hurt because they will do it again with an added seatbelt. Vekoma on the other hand is the redheaded stepchild. No one really cares for them but their rides are sometimes good but overshadowed... I laugh at all of the people at Pointbuzz. Makes me a bit embarrassed to check out the forums every once in a while. I wouldn't be surprised if a member of their community committed suicide over this.

So would this count as a ride being "neutered" if the heartline is taken out? If so, it joins the ranks of Chiller and SOB.

Chris really has no say anymore. From what I remember, he sold the rights of the game to Frontier and Atari. But I don't see Frontier releasing any other rollercoaster games for a LONG time.

The only thing I dislike about the park is the frisbee...so ugly IMO. It seems really carnivalish...and the mangle of steel dosen't help.

Not sure if this was answered before but are the wheel assemblies just attached to the bottom of the car? If so that is a really bad design...reminds me of the wheel design from the screamin serpent knex coaster.

I wonder if this will effect the two Togos at the KD and CW. I just noticed that both of those also have railings throughout the whole ride.
