[RCT2] PROJECT I: Playland Park (NCSO)

Nice pics, love the way you added to the "catastrophe" setting. Sad to see this park destroyed R.I.P Playland Park. -
Top Roller Coaster Myths & Rumors!
_IntaMAN_ replied to robbalvey's topic in Theme Parks, Roller Coasters, & Donkeys!
I remember hearing as well that Leviathan was meant for KBF. Forgot to mention that a rumor I heard was that CP planned on building another huge coaster, possibly another GIGA, but plans got taken down due to the fact that it would take away a huge chunk of CP's property. -
So here's the trailer for Cloudy with a Chance of Meatballs 2: http://www.traileraddict.com/trailer/cloudy-with-a-chance-of-meatballs/trailer Personally I LOVED the first one, I though it had heart and charm but the trailer to this one doesn't make it seem.... good so I'm not sure whether to actually see it, or not

Giving it the Six Flags New Orleans treatment I see -
It also pales in comparison to recent Disney Princess efforts like Tangled and The Princess and the Frog. Tangled, in my opinion, was an especially strong step in the right direction for Disney Animation. AH okokok I see what you guys mean, yeah that doesn't sound very Pixar-y if you'd like to put it that way I loved Finding Nemo! One of my favorite animated movies of all time (up there with Rango, Wreck-It-Ralph, and the Toy Story films). I couldn't be happier with Pixar making a sequel but my qustion is what the story will be based off this time. Exactly probably this time the story will be based off finding the fish that escaped from that one dentist's aquarium? They did end up in the sea at the end of the first movie...

I have yet to see Brave it is the only movie besides Monsters Inc. from Pixar I have not seen. What was wrong with it that made everybody dislike it? I definitely thought Cars 2 was Pixar's worst so far, hopefully Monsters University turns out to be good and make up for Pixar's latest work.

I rode Green Lantern opening week, and I thought it was the most amazing ride at the park and it was a one-of-a-kind unique experience. I have not ridden it since since I usually just skip it or ignore the ride due to the fact I have heard that it worsened in just one year (new record for SFMM eh?). I have to go back and check it out for myself and see what the whole shindig everyone is saying is true or not. Another reason I don't ride is because I have heard you don't flip as constantly anymore due to the way SFMM runs it now. Shame that the ride had so much potential and it's being run by SFMM
-
I have NEVER had headbanging on Viper, just here and there on SOME points of the ride but other than that to me the ride is very awesome and of my top 5 faves at the park. Perhaps it's because of my height (5 ft. 8"). But yeah, Revolution definitely wins my vote for worst headbanging I've ever had on ANY ride, but it's a Schwarzkopf so it gets some credit. Hopefully (a.k.a Never Gonna Happen) SFMM will give the ride the TLC it needs and make it run like it's old awesome self. EDIT: I always hear about Viper's "magic seat". Where is it?

Astonishing work XYZ. Can't wait to see more! -
Your first Arrow Dynamics coaster
_IntaMAN_ replied to stashua123's topic in Theme Parks, Roller Coasters, & Donkeys!
It's tough to remember, but I believe it was Matterhorn Bobsleds. If I'm correct I also went to SFMM for the first time that year too and rode Gold Rusher, I am not exactly sure what I rode first though. -
That's good, hopefully we should oh see supports and track going up by the end of next week, unless it rains again. EDIT: Link removed. That site is banned from TPR for a reason. Please respect that-Joey DOUBLE EDIT: There is a crane at Magic Mountain. That is all anyone needs to know about the subject of this post

Nice update! Loving the "old timey" style of the pics, keep up the good work and can't wait to see the rest of the park's progress throughout the years. -
biosciking's Non-So Cal Thread
_IntaMAN_ replied to biosciking's topic in Theme Parks, Roller Coasters, & Donkeys!
Always nice to see PTR's of other Theme Parks in the nation, very nice pics and I hope to see more of your Non-SoCal adventures Dollywood is definitely on my theme park bucket list and hopefully will get to it someday! -
What is your favorite launch coaster?
_IntaMAN_ replied to EuroTre's topic in Theme Parks, Roller Coasters, & Donkeys!
For best overall launch I would have to say Xcelerator, that baby packs a punch. Maverick comes in second for best overall launch coaster, with California Screamin' and Superman: Ultimate Flight (SFDK) coming up right behind them. -
I'm not sure if anyone else has tried this but it's SO GOOD, it's Russian Orange Soda and I've never had anything more pleasing My friends were telling me all about it and I finally decided to try it on a pit stop down from Bakersfield this weekend and boy it was good: And that ladies and gentlemen, is the last soda I drank
