  1. Awesome Stuff! Japan has always been one of those places I've always dreamed of visiting, maybe sometime ahead when the future looks brighter! I've always wanted a Mega-Lite credit too, and it looks like you guys beat me to it Keep the Trip Reports coming!
  2. ^ Wow we have completely different opinions: BATMAN BEGINS: The WORST of the series, I hated the way Scarecrow was portrayed and he's my second favorite Batman villain behind Riddler, I definitely thought it could've been better, all though I did like how Rás Al Ghaúl was portrayed. THE DARK KNIGHT: The BEST of the series, Heath Ledger played an AWESOME Joker! I think Aaron Eckhart portrayed Two Face pretty good, I also really felt "Gotham" in this movie, something I didn't feel in Man of Steel with Metropolis. This was the best of the trilogy IMHO and it had an incredible storyline. THE DARK KNIGHT RISES: This was good as well, showed what Bane was capable of doing. Only thing I disliked was that it took FOREVER for Bale/ Wayne to finally become "Batman", I also disliked that the movie focused more on Catwoman but it was still a pretty epic way to end the series.
  3. I have a weird taste in music: -Led Zeppilin -The Beatles -Rolling Stones -Portugal. The Man -Broken Bells -Daft Punk -Flux Pavilion -ColdPlay and a lot more that don't come to my mind at the moment
  4. I saw a few movies: MAN OF STEEL: Very good movie, I loved it! Saw a few Easter Eggs such as the LexCorp truck and the "Wayne Enterprises" logo on the satellite Zod destroyed. My only problem was I didn't feel the "emotion" I did in Gotham in the Dark Knight trilogy, but Snyder did really good. 9.5/10 I'd recommend it to anyone! SILVER LININGS PLAYBOOK: I really thought this was clever and funny, Jennifer Lawrence was stunning like always (celebrity crush at the moment) and it was pretty funny seeing her with Bradley Cooper because you could really notice the age difference when they were together! It was really fun and enjoyable. 9/10 DJANGO UNCHAINED: I really liked this film and it's my first Terrantino film (did I make a good choice?). Foxx was awesome and I liked the storyline throughout and this was also very fun and enjoyable. The action was priceless and violence seemed somewhat hardcore. 9/10
  5. ^ LOL SFMM expects Full Throttle and the plaza open by then without delays, Good 'ole SFMM In all seriousness that's awesome, finally gonna get the chance to ride YOLOcoaster! I'll try my best to be there opening day
  6. ^ I thought the ending to Fast 6 was CRAZY, everyone in my theatre ended up saying "OH S*!T" and it really ties together, all I can say is Fast 7 will be pretty epic.
  7. In Order: Doctor Who Arrow Revolution Breaking Bad The Walking Dead Family Guy and last but not least, FRIENDS!
  8. So over them weekend I saw a lot of movies: FAST AND FURIOUS 6: It was really good, the action is nonstop and it picks up right where it left off, I'm a pretty big fan of the series and this was just a huge hit, I loved it especially with all the comedy within the movie. Now I don't really like plot twists but this was an exception since the twist was more like a twist within a twist which I thought was clever. I really liked it. Overall Grade: A THE HANGOVER PART III: I still can't get over how un-funny this movie was, to me it felt more like a drama and the story focused mainly on Chow than their original Wolfpack. The first one will always remain my favorite and the best at least IMO. The final two movies were just dog gone awful, and I'm kind of glad the trilogy is finally over. Overall Grade: C- And I finally saw MONSTER'S INC.: The only Pixar film I had not seen and I really liked it! It was clever, smart and had charm as is an perfect example of what Pixar's work can truly be. It was. also pretty funny and ,enjoyable. Overall Grade: A solid A UP NEXT IN THE LINEUP: Now You See Me.
  9. I will be watching Fast & Furious 6 and The Hangover Part III tonight. But that said, I did watch STAR TREK last weekend and I really loved it. Benedict played an amazing villain and The movie was very fun and enjoyable. I have never seen the original movies but Abrams did a very well job with these last two movies.
  10. The Simpsons Ride Building looks so out of place in the concept art, ahaha. But I really love it! USO is really doing it within the next few years, can't wait to go back soon...
  11. It's not "rain" but I did ride X2 the day SFMM had snow. My, what an experience that was. And I do remember riding Timber Terror at Silverwood with steady rain, such a fun experience.
  12. I also think that the fence around FT's supports looks so ugly and out of place, the least they could do is make it blend in with it's surrounding fences and make it blue.
  13. Great Report Jer! It looks like an interesting experience, and I hope to one day make it to SFGAm as it seems to be one of the better parks in the chain, and I especially love their coaster collection. I wonder if any other SF parks are thinking of running Batman Backwards as well...
  14. ^ Could've just said welcome to Californian Amusement Parks in general
  15. ^ I guess they were talking weather wise and the way the park was in general. They said they felt bad for the rest of the general crowd. I'm chatting with them right now and they said they did manage to do everything with some multiple runs, one of my friends is a first timer to CP and he said he did enjoy the park unlike the rest of the clan he was with. ^^^^ I just saw that video too, must be an interesting day over at CP. ^ *ba dum ching*
  16. ^ MY GOD That looks insane! My friends were there and they said it was a pretty disappointing/ bad day, but they still managed to do everything with Fast Lane+. Good Job CP for limited sales!
  17. Is it true Gatekeeper had a 5+ Hour wait?! If so DAMN! I heard it was a horrible day at CP especially with this type of weather. Anyone else confirm if Woodstock actually valleyed today??
  18. Got a question: Does the ride lose it's speed approaching the end of it's course? I've heard this has been a con for NTAG but by the sounds of it, it hauls through the whole ride, so just wanted to know...
  19. Is Terror Mountain inspired after Demon? If so, nice job, it looks very nice and a perfect addition to this park, but one remark: I think Big Blue Skyway could use some more foliage, flowers and whatnot. Other than that looks very nice.
  20. I was thinking since you guys mentioned clowns, and Colossus is rumored to get the next RMC revamp, maybe the whole "clowns" deal could fit into the area? Maybe with a new Colossus, we may see a newly themed and expanded "Colossus County Fair"? Wishful thinking of course, but I'm really wondering what SFMM has in store for next year, especially with the whole "family survey" showbiz getting sent out lately.
  21. Just saw IRON MAN 3, it was ok. I was kind of dissapointed since it didn't live up to my expectations, especially when the real villain isn't even Mandarin, really didn't stay true to the comics. Everything else such as the storyline was ok, not the best Iron Man but still could've been worse. 7.5/10 Looking forward to Avengers 2 and Thor. Next in the lineup: THE GREAT GATSBY STAR TREK: INTO DARKNESS FAST AND FURIOUS 6
