  1. Wow that pov just earned this ride a place on my bucket list.
  2. I also must say that I love Silver Bullet at Knott's Berry Farm. The ride is not very intense but is a really fun ride overall. I always hear people saying how much better Batman at SFMM is but going on both a few times a year I have always felt that Silver Bullet is the better ride. I also think Silver Bullet is cool because of it's rare overbank on an invert (may be the only one) and it's helix over water.
  3. ^ For one I think this ride takes up more space than we realize. Second, I have a feeling that this coaster will not be the only thing occupying this whole site, it's just going to be the center piece of it.
  4. I knew the buildings were different sizes but wow I did not realize by such a wide margin.
  5. It is a pretty bad name but hey on the bright side at least this pretty much confirms that Knott's is getting something new in the near future.
  6. Let SFGAdv keep the train, SFMM wouldn't use it anyway. Well it would allow Riddlers to run three trains all year instead of only part of the year so I would say SFMM would get a decent benefit out of it.
  7. ^ Does Riddler's even have 3 trains anymore. I could have sworn that one of the trains was sent to Six Flags Great Adventure so that Green Lantern could have 3 trains.
  8. I was surprised to see that all the new proposed water slides would go into Chang's old spot. It makes sense with the water park right there but I just thought that was where Chang's replacement was going to go.
  9. I think something like that but with brown supports would have been perfect. It actually might have made it look nice.
  10. If Knott's gets a giga I have this weird feeling that it's going to have Leviathan colors. I mean it's supposedly a clone and was meant for Knott's originally anyways right?
  11. After seeing what Knott's did to putting new colors on Boomerang, they probably would make it worse if they put new colors on Silver Bullet. THIS (But can it really get worse than yellow and red over a lake and half the park?)
  12. ^ While that does look a tad better I think it would have been much better if the whole ride was painted a silver or white of some sort. Making it red/yellow just makes the fact that it ruins half the park even worse.
  13. It is sad that this happened period but she acts like she did nothing at all and we can all see that that is just simply not the case.
  14. I concur. Timberliner's are the way to go for Ghostrider. It would be such an improvement. And if topper track was purchased.... One of the top woodies once again and hopefully for a while to come.
  15. ^ That is true but every time I have gone to Knott's when Ghostrider is running two trains there is always a period of around 10-20 seconds before the next train begins to enter the station. It is just wasted time where nothing is happening which I am sure reduces capacity a sizable amount every hour.
  16. I do believe you are correct. It would be nice if they ran three trains during haunt since they close Ghostrider for a pretty long rehab before haunt anyways. Maybe if this rumored rehab ever happens they will buy four trains and the ride can always run at max capacity and just switch a train out and in whenever needed.
  17. ^ It really could use 3 trains. It has such a long ride, now even longer thanks to the MCBR slowing everything down that if the crew is moving they could easily run 3 trains with little to no stacking.
  18. ^ Not to mention clearing all the overgrown brush and then cleaning stations, and ride path's, (entrance, exit, ect..) and all other ride components. I really just don't think this is going to happen unless the state loosens up on some of their conditions or offers support on the project.
  19. I wouldn't because the park does not have the space. If the park wanted to put something in like Space Fantasy that means removing some other attraction where as an outdoor coaster could roam around the park like Rip Ride Rockit and stick to areas that couldn't be used for much else.
  20. It really is a bummer that there is such a restriction like this as there are places where a compact coaster could be creatively fit in.
  21. So that is why they could never build something like Dueling Dragons along with Wizarding World. It would just make too much noise. In that case I would hope we could get the Gringott's coaster instead.
  22. Thank you that makes total sense. So if a coaster were to be fit in it would have to be near the front entrance to even have a chance of not effecting filming or is there just filming all over and there is no way this complication could ever be fixed or worked around?
  23. I have always wondered if USH would ever get a coaster similar to Rip Ride Rockit. That ride was put in without taking much space at all and seems to be a hit with the GP. It would obviously have to be a different layout but something like it could probably be put in with a little creativity.
  24. I think having a sitdown and floorless in a park is totally redundant. I mean its the exact same forces it's just one has a floor which is just a gimmick. You don't even see a park like Six Flags Magic Mountain, the king of gimmicky rides having a sitdown and a floorless B&M (Yes I know they have sitdown loopers). It just would be too similar a ride experience.
