I'd say skip Primanti Brother's and check out somewhere else like Peppi's. Primantis is good but overrated and usually painfully busy. At least, that's been my experience when I visit Pittsburgh friends and head downtown. Fat heads is always ridiculously busy, but it is good eating.

Nice trip report! I will get to KD some day. I rode Dominator when it was at Geauga Lake and would like to again as I loved it. The new paint job looks great. Thanks for posting!

Amusement Parks, because roller coasters

Cleveland was great when Geauga Lake, Sea World, or SFWOA in whichever iteration were still around. Waldameer's 90 minutes away as is Conneaut Lake Park, and Cedar Point. Geauga Lake was 40 minutes away.

Cedar Point for a ride on Gatekeeper!! I hear it will be pretty accommodating for bigger folk, but time to hit the gym so I can get some rides in on the more discriminating coasters too.

I went with Outlaw Run but it was a very difficult decision. Ultimately I think context sells it for me, I'd fricking love to visit SDC.

Gatekeeper! For two reasons (no, three!). First, I'm a damned proud Ohioan. Second, due to the distance/financial constraints. Ok, and third, the layout. In my opinion, Gatekeeper has a much more expansive layout. Aside from it being a much longer coaster, it's in a unique position at the entrance of a park with water on both sides, and a whole bunch o yeehaa right behind it. Don't get me wrong though, I'd hit up yolo too asap if I had the funds.

That dragster concept looks cool, but I imagine if they really wanted to expand the coaster, a MCBR would be necessary in order to run multiple trains. Regardless, I'd love to see TTD expanded. Hey, why not add the world's tallest vertical loop and some airtime hills?

I second this. In it's place a truly amazing woody could be built. Enormous custom Intamin plug N play. stat! It's a beautiful structure but other than that, so little airtime, so many fillings shaken out of one's mouth.
