1. So, the splashdown pool has been "confirmed" to stay, so I wonder if PP's replacement would be a coaster that goes primarily over water. I thought of something like Orkanen where a large portion of the coaster is over water. For those who don't know what Orkanen is, it is a Vekoma Jr. Inverted coaster going to Farup Sommerland next year. I would be happy to see a Vekoma Jr. Invert now that it has lap bars and it would give a fun experience. Though, I highly doubt it will replace PP, but I'll just throw this concept out there. Here's a screenshot of Orkanen from above: I think this is very possible given rumors presented.
2. Quick update on the Safari, apparently they are removing sections of the log flume to work on new buildings for the Safari. All pictures from here: http://www.greatadventurehistory.com/GATrips_Autumn_2012.htm
3. Rust until they are finally scraped from what I have heard (watch the videos to find out).
4. As far as I know, there SFGADVs a few in Japan (Idk if those are TOGO knockoffs) and some Chinese Knockoffs in China.
5. ^ I was just in Korea and it was GREAT! T Express is a awesome wooden coaster (beat El Toro as my number one wooden coaster) and Lotte Worlds indoor park is really cool and unique. Also, Seoul is a charming city with many things to do (I suggest N Seoul Tower).
6. ^ No they couldn't have because the structure was so badly designed that fixing it would take more money then the renovation would be worth. Also the ride had little to work with as far as making it an extreme ride like NTAG & IRAT.
7. I agree! All tower rides need to go this way!
8. ^ I think they resemble Mack Launch Coaster restraints more. Link: http://www.rcdb.com/4074.htm?p=23197 If they made the bar flat instead of a angle it would fix the problem (this would increase the surface area and make the restrients look almost identical to Mack Launch Coasters).
9. This exactly. I have noticed that once a problem is reported they are very quick to get it fixed. And also, I305 has killer airtime, and OTSR's, so why wouldn't it work? A shoulder harness is out of the question for many reasons. 1. Sure I305 has great airtime but Skyrushs is wicked! Any shoulder harness would kill the feeling of "I'm going to fall out" to the GP and it would kill the whole point of the ride (airtime). What is most likely the most intense negative G focused ride would be ruined. (Think about it, do we want another Revolution type ride?) 2. The laterals in certain portions on Skyrush (bottom of the 1st drop, exit of the Stengle Dive, and the twisted hill before the last airtime hill) are very intense in the winged seats and if you put your hands up in theses portions, you are forced to the left or right side (depending on where you sit) with a shoulder harnesses, this could cause broken necks and backs due to your body getting pushed to the side with nowhere to go. 3. It wouldn't fix the problem since I305 harness still has a low portion of contact with the thigh. Intamin needs to go with a B&M clam shell type lap bar to fix the contact problem.
10. ^ According to RCDB, Intamin has two projects in Turkey one kidde and one LSM launch opening in 2013. Link: http://www.rcdb.com/10829.htm
11. Looks like a excellent addition to Liseberg! IMO this is what Full Throttle should have been like. Very glad to see Mack take a more extreme route can't wait to see what else they have in store (hopefully something in the eastern USA)
12. Steeple Chase at Blackpool is pretty highly rated (for fun not thrill) and even though over rated by ACE, Magnum.

14. That Spinning wild mouse looks awful! Where is it located at and who made it?
15. I can tell you that as of late March, Everland has not built this new coaster (Eagles Fortress is still there rusting). However I will give a status update as I'm going to the park this Friday! (Ill also get more pictures of rides at Everland and Lotte World)
16. Just so you guys know, the Safari is now closed. Here are some pictures from the last day. Link: http://www.greatadventurehistory.com/GATrips_Autumn_2012.htm
17. It needs more than 11 inversion to beat the record due to Journey to the Stars opening in China. Link: http://www.rcdb.com/9821.htm
18. This has to be one of the DUMBEST GP acts of the century!
19. Um.. Some of this wont work (hyper umm Goliath & 400ft drop tower already explained) however, I very interested in the 4d coaster (will it be a S&S or a Intamin?) and to see how the dark ride and Simulator turn out (SF hasn't done simulators since the Time Warner era) Also if they do an included water park, I can see White Water closing in a couple years.
20. ^ I REALLY want to ride that! Anyways, the best coaster I've ridden this month is El Toro. Last month was Skyrush and next month will most likely be T-Express.
21. Tallest Steel Coaster: Kingda Ka (456ft) Tallest Wood Coaster: El Toro (181ft) Tallest Wooden Coaster in a Week: T-Express (183ft)
22. Cross T-Express off the list, I'll be riding it next week!
