Speaking of looping accelerator coasters...

^ and ^^I have to admit Top Thrill Dragster was a not so peasant surprise. Don't get me wrong, it was awesome, however, as I'd heard so many people saying that it was way better than KK I was slightly disappointed as I actually found it to be, in my opinion, not as good. I know it is smoother and that it has lap bars only. Still, Kingda Ka has that hill at the end and I felt that the launch was more powerful (the most intense I've been on) and I rode both storm runner and TTD in that very same week. I don't know why but it just felt more intense, specially when you enter the top hat (which seems to pull a bit more Gs than TTD's) I wouldn't say they're miles apart but I still like KK just a bit more than TTD while I understand why some prefer it over the ka.

^ That's right. I don't think that because the industry moves on manufacturers should abandon their older ideas. There just are new ways of doing things that allow rides to do stuff they wouldn't a few years ago even if the concept of the coaster itself is old. Honestly, I'm a bit sad that B&M have stopped building models like stand-ups and sitting as it's basically all up to the parks.

Then I suppose it would be better than nothing (although not as good as a proper B&M flyer). What if Cedar Point installed a drop tower on Top Thrill dragster?

So far there has been none but I would say so, Yes. B&M will gradually add the vest-restraints to all their coaster types (except for hypers).
