Mmm Rerides, Done quite a lot as I like doing it. Best so far was Alton. (To Easy at Thorpe) About 70 on Nemesis in a row, Alton Towers are quite strict when people want to reride making you walk round every ride ect, But early in the year the park was dead (just open for 2005 season) and the nice ride op open the Srq for me and some friends as they saw we were getting fed up walking around each time. So basically got off and walk round up the SRQ stairs and back on the same train and seat (So I think that’s counts).

Sounds busy for Thorpe for a weekend :o. Nice Photos, some nice shots/Angles and nice weather also. Single rider queue works so well at Thorpe, Just so easy to reride if you in the mood. I never found SRQ to works very well on Colossus due to the 2 seats across and the ride op's normally pair people up, Inferno on the other hand as its 4 across works a dream and many times get lots of spare seats which mean lots of rides 8). Nice to hear Colossus sounding like it dose a underground train squealing round the lost city , Do wish they took a bit more care with it sometimes There is SRQ for Vortex its infront of the hotdog stand, But is mostly closed or never works well. So normaly is best to queue. -
Out the one’s I can remember that’s I really hated. Goudurix - After mine 1st ride wasn’t to bad was hoping for worst then 2 more goes, the true pain came Owww Gauntlet - One Of the Worst Pinfari Looper I done. Jubilee Odyssey - £4 for torture for a minute or so . Also wouldn’t pay how much FL payed for this, What a waste Super Wirbel - Looks well looked after, don’t let that fool ya. Never had mine neck banged so much, Found it more rougher than AT'S Corkscrew. El Condor – After getting attack by the trees and mine back whip/banged round in no hurry to ride again.

Only the Top Hat to go nearly  Looks nearby finish before the end of the season. But then I not to excited either and I'm 20mins away but I'm sure the joe public will enjoyed it and be amazed. Personally I'm won’t, Can’t think what the queue will be like and the extras like Fasttrack ect. Official Website also had be updated. http://www.thorpepark.co.uk/explore/2006/photo_diary_September_22.asp A Woodie would be nice, But can't see it happing. If you look here about the future http://www.southparks.org/site/features/devplan/index.shtml about 2008 its says "MTDP states that a wooden coaster's structure may be too dense and is deemed not suitable for the Park". -

Are They going to themed theses trains or leave them the bog standard yellow look? As for the restraint problem I didn’t mind them on Kanonen as they are needed and Liseberg have added extra padding, But Rita which I don't like much I can't see why they were needed, If it had T-bars I sure I like it bit more. But then there a better coaster in the park anyway
