Not much going on to El Loco aside from wiring, I am sure once this weekend passes and the park goes back to shorter hours of operation, we will start to see things speed up a bit. There are 3 cars inside the park and two still sitting outside on the loading dock. May stop by today and do a small update.

Did anyone attend the NYE event at Knott's? I am interested to see how that event went.

Looks like a blast!! Disney totally knows how to party!

Canyon Blaster since I didn't leave the state this December

I got an Alienware laptop for 1,099. Just look at the update on the site. They have the minimum specs to run the software smoothly.

I actually don't mind Stand-Up coasters, however I will not go out of my way to ride one. I do find the turn into the MCBR on Riddler's Revenge to be quite intense. If anything I love the Roar of a B&M Standup.

It was actually the most cost effective way of doing it, as a business decision, it was the best method.

Not a coaster fact, but it deals with rides. Big Shot, X-Scream and Insanity at the Stratosphere Tower were all lifted into place with a sky crane helicopter. Insanity Insanity Big Shot X-Scream X-Scream

We have patiently waited for a couple of years and the team has been working extremely hard on this project. I'm sure the simulator will not disappoint and like they said, they worked on the most popular train / track styles. Anything else will be a bonus. A couple years of work is no easy task and I'm sure a lot of love went into this project. Be happy on what we are getting. I'm sure we will not be disappointed. Patience is a virtue. I am sure we will all be blown away!

Here are the other two cars sitting outside for now.

The first cars are now on the tracks! Also appears to be a tool that they are using to check the passenger reach envelope. The other car out on the spur maintenance line. First car hanging out in the station. Appears to be a tool used for testing the reach envelope.

Just go to Knotts.com and they have all the information regarding season passes, right now the basic pass is only $13 a month. At your first visit to the park you will need to process your pass.

My new computer arrived yesterday, installed the current NL Software and I cannot believe how fast it runs. My FPS never drops below 100. Already happy on my new PC Purchase, and patiently awaiting the release for NL2, totally ready for it!
