  1. I like that there isn't yellow rails, it would make it look odd.
  2. I'm very happy to see this reviews. Is Leviathan better than Behemoth? They're probably terrified that, with the trench, they might've accidentally outdone Millennium Force in some aspect. I'm just wondering why CF doesn't want to go over MF? I mean CP has TTD which is taller than MF.
  3. I really enjoyed Test Track and it seems like this is pretty good, the only problem is that it looks too much like a video game.
  4. Sundays should be much more crowded than Tuesdays.
  5. From watching the "rider cam" in that video posted by SFStL with that Cardinals guy, it seems like there's not much wrong with the coaster being backwards.
  6. This got me thinking, at SFNE this will be one of he star attractions, at SFMM it was quite far down the line. Maybe the cross country move wasn't that bad of an idea after all. I don't think the "Save Deja Vu" people agree with you. But, I think it was a smart move as long as the old Deja Vu location in SFMM gets a ride/coaster that is better than Deja Vu.
  7. Not a big fan of the new commercial, I thought the screaming commercial was better. At least the coaster wasn't from SFMM.
  8. Pandemonium sure seemed portable to me, it didn't have a foundation, it was just sitting on the pad. You can tell if a coaster is portable if it has a mess of steel at the base of the ride, like Laser (Dorney Park) & Olympia Looping.
  9. ^I never thought how those spike LIMs push you forcefully up and then forcefully pushes you down, I enjoy it in reverse. It seems similar to Superman (SFMM).
  10. The go karts don't make that much money, plus I'd rather see a coaster on that spot.
  11. Wow! Now there are environmental problems, SFMM actually helped the environment. What was the Magic Mountain before the park was built? A big sand hill and now it has tons of trees on it. Enough said.
  12. I know this sounds a bit odd and probably wouldn't be worth it, but they could've just shifted Pandemonium where the go-karts are and then build Superman as planned.
  13. I was about to post the same thing. The entire comments section is nothing but super upset Cedar Point fanboys crying about how they were "robbed". Here is something I thought was funy in the comments section:
  14. If you're making an article about anything, you have to put some intellegence into it. Honestly, scariest coasters isn't that great of an article, having something like most thrilling coasters is better. Yes, the GP do read it, but you have to give them correct information.
  15. Wow! They really constructed a lot in the last five days since I was at SFDK.
  16. Well, I'm suprised nobody did this before:
  17. I have some track photos that I'll post tonight.
  18. I went to SFDK yesterday and this is my small report: -Superman track has arrived! It is in the parking lot now. -A few more supports have been added since that last picture shown -I rode Roar in the back and it is insane, the first drop was spectacular and it was shaking violently throughout the ride. I felt some good floater air-time on it, though I still prefer the front. -Medusa was running amazing today and I had the best ride I ever had on it. I think the heat lowered friction because the first part of the ride was normal but once you got to the sea serpent roll, it became very forceful. On the corkscrews, I actually felt blood get to my feet, something that only happened on Flight Deck (CGA) -I finally got to ride Boomerang and it was horrible. I now think of it as the worst coaster in Northern California surpassing Vortex. It just seemed to be a poorly designed carnival roller coaster. Plus at 6' 1", my shoulders were pressed against the restraints the whole time, I'm never going on Boomerang in SFDK ever again. -I rode Kong and the new restraints do nothing, I think they just re-painted the old ones. I actually avoided headbanging by tensing up and holding on real tight. -The lines yesterday were moderate with a 30 minute wait on Kong, 15 minute wait on Medusa, 10 minute wait on Sky Screamer, 30 minute wait for Roar, and a 15 minute wait for Boomerang.
  19. Where you live is because a theme park is very close by.
  20. It's odd that I'm part of the Survey Panel yet I never got the e-mail, I checked spam and everything and I'm sure I submitted the right e-mail address.
  21. It's not an achievement, it means you are an idiot. For some reason some people are actually pround of being an idiot. Well, I think many TPR members think this is an acheivement, I have tried to avoid this thread, but at least one of my posts was going to get here anyway.
  22. ^Forget about a Top Spin, put a Sky Fly there.
  23. This will really make the capacity better and shorten those long waits tremendously. I wonder if Volcano will get the new Intamin restraints shown in I-305 because they have to buy a new train rather than "borrowing" one.
  24. Those Chance Revolutions are always underrated and usually not thought about when they are amazing flat rides.
  25. ^That last picture looks so amazing! It really shows how massive it will be.
