I totally meant to mention this in my post, it would probably be the winner except to me it doesn't really count, since you're not upsidedown at the bottom, you're lying on your back, which is not the same thing. It's arbitrary of course, kind of like how RCDB never considered Eejanaika to have the largest number of inversions. I think Furious Baco might just take it.... I'd love to see a new flat ride at SFMM, but to be honest, the closest thing to a flat ride that I can see SFMM likely getting is one of those 400' Sky Screamers.

This is great news! I always disliked the theme of Great Skate and thought it was out of place.

Heck, SFMM put another darn kiddie coaster in, I think they could build a few flats.

I still don't understand why it was necessary to build Speedy Gonzales when the three existing kiddie coasters rarely have any line. Well, congrats to Magic Mountain on claiming the world record on the most coasters, oh wait, they already have it...

Why would expect so much when the park literally tells you it will be a new show when it said "entertainment announcement"? If it was a new ride, it would be "attraction announcement".

Goliath (SFMM) may not have the worst layout, but I think it should be mentioned on here. It's drawn out so much that it makes the coaster "meh".

Manta (SWSD) has a great-looking station.

Got back from an amazing visit to SWSD! I got 12 rides in a row on Manta in one hour this morning! It was my 3rd visit today and I'm really enjoying this park and I can just feel on how well the park is operated.

I seriously doubt this would ever happen. Plus, this accelerator coaster would likely cost over $30 million, way too much for the penny-pinching SFMM.

I wonder if they were giving directions to other parks for people looking for family rides

I disagree. Have an open mind or not, but if you go to Magic Mountain and experience great customer service, good operations, and well maintained coasters, you will exit the park with a great time. I seriously doubt anyone who reports here actually goes there and would continue to hate on the park if the park continues to do great things.

I'm all for removing every go kart at a Cedar Fair park. They can be easily used for a nice new addition, like we have seen with Route 76.

You can still see the former Eagle's Flight station in the screenshot above. It's that barn-themed building to the right of Iron Wolf/Goliath's station.

Technically, Gold Striker is not 49-er themed. Sure it is: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/49er. I guess "technically" they do not reference the 1849 gold rush itself, but that is being nitpicky, clearly they are referring to gold rushes in general and obviously give a nod to the most famous one, being in California after all. I meant the football team...
