  1. This is in the wrong forum. And I'm pretty sure this has been discussed in the main forum before. Which leads me to this. In the last 48 hours, this forum is being over run with half thought out threads, and posts. Responses are illegible, poorly spelled, lack proper grammar and some mean spirited. I've sent out warnings to a few of the members, but I'm going to just start banning if I see it again. If you're confused by this, go to the Main Forum and read the posting rules and the Terms of Service. As for this. LOCKED.
  2. What months?????
  3. ^ The use of the Edit button will allow to, get this, EDIT your post. There is no need to double post.
  4. ^ I didn't care for the Wayans casting, but Fraser for Gung Ho is pretty good (was this verfied, I thought it was a rumor). Gung Ho was a goofball in the comics, so I think he'd fit. Matt "I still have my GI Joe comics" Jacobs
  5. I'm going to strongly suggest you read the TPR Posting Rules, Terms of Service, and Game Forum Etiquette before you post again. You've violated multiple rules within 18 posts.
  6. Where's GI Joe: Rise of Cobra?????
  7. Giggity, giggity, giggity!
  8. From your last locked thread:
  9. That game should of been over in regulation. I have no idea how the refs missed that pass interference in the end zone. The Bears snuck one out. That shouldn't have been that close.
  10. ^ Thank you, thank you, thank you! Matt "I'm hiring Terrance as my Games Forum muscle" Jacobs
  11. A giant WTF goes out to the Golden Globe nomination committee. One nomination??????
  12. I'll quote myself.
  13. I'm curious as to what your BMI has done since all of this.
  14. Amen Tatum. Amen. I also strongly recommend you read theTPR Posting Rules before posting again. Locked.
  15. ^ They'll always be on the Main Forum if it's related to coasters or theme parks. If Robb or Elissa, do a random one, it'll be in the Random Forum.
  16. I'm going to merger this with your previous thread, and update the title. No need for multiple threads about the same topic. Otherwise, congrats on getting to go twice. I know some around these parts that are probably quite jealous!
  17. Absolutely. And if you're a fan of Crichton, you really need to read "Timeline." It's my favorite of his. Another one where they bastardized it in the movie.
  18. I'm Duke fan. I went to school with Chris Collins (one of my most ridiculous HS stories involved him, me, gym class, and badminton), so I just kept following his career there, and became a fan. Now my alma mater sent them John Scheyer, so I keep watching.
  19. I couldn't care less about a JP IV. I hated JPII, but actually really liked the third one. Go figure. If Universal wants to make one, they will. It's all about making money.
  20. I couldn't get in this morning. I kept getting the "TPR is sick" page. Only the front page and forum weren't working. I could get to all the other links. I'm here now, that's all that matters.
  21. Back in the day, I had a friend that attended UK. I drove all the way down from Charleston, IL (Eastern IL Univ), one weekend to visit her and her cute little roommate. I too got slowed down by a horrendous snow storm. We wandered around campus one of the days, and I thought the exact same thing about Rupp Arena. What a dump. I literally thought it was a maintenance building.
  22. I'm not going to get into an argument. One, I don't shadow anyone. None of the mods here do. That's not to say we don't recognize certain trends. In 77 posts, you seem to be attracted to Ccron's threads. As in more than 50% of your posts. That trend look more like trolling. And I don't believe Ccron, or anyone, ever said building a working model was easy. It was a school project, and although it was probably a bit too ambitious, at least he tried. Too which, according to your response, you applaud. As for the attention getting comment, I'll pass that on. I think TPR's Game Forum is far better than most places. All you have to do is visit Atari's RCT threads, and recognize that it's nothing but attention grabbing threads. Everyone here is a regular contributor, and each of them post in everyone's threads. I really don't see what you're talking about. Perhaps if you visited more frequently, other than to see what Ccron was up too...... Unfortunately, I can't post from work, which is where I do most of my surfing while on breaks. Most sites for toys/hobbies are blocked. When everyone knows my name here and on other forums, why would I post my real name somewhere else? I just htink it's odd that for someone employed by CD, you come around and make disparaging remarks to kids, who are going to be your number one demographic. Seems like you're shooting yourself in the foot. As for CD, I did have the Scorpion kit, but had to sell since we downsized in space when we moved. In any case, let's get back to topic. Take it away Ccron!
  23. Looking good. And for the rest of you, I don't recall there ever being anything stating projects have to be completed. Have the fun of working on anything is seeing if it even works. I can tell you at 16years old, I completed probably one out of every ten projects I started. It was more about the building and experimentation of constructing that was more important to me. And Jack, for someone that represents a company you really need to change your tune. Your tone here is certainly making me think twice about supporting CD. Give the kid a break.
  24. OK, I need to catch up here. Two weeks ago I headed up to Minneapolis to see my buddy and my god son. Abra and I decided to make a beer trip as well. We hit Great Dane in Madison, WI for lunch, and onece in Minneapolis, Rock Bottom, Minneapolis Town Hall and Cafe Thirtyeight. Kind of a re-cap of Derek and my trip back in June. I don't have pics from Cafe 38, but I sampled the last of the Surly Cynic (we got the last two cans), and Surly Darkness. I was disappointed in Darkness. It was way too heavy in molasses, which made it an extermely sweet stout that just didn't do much for me. Kind of a shame, as I was really looking forward to it. Of which I had two. It was a short but great trip. I picked up some goodies of which I'll share later this week. Unlike me, Abra is a fan of IPAs. We got Masala Mama. Of course! Town Hall is in one of the oldest parts on Minneapolis. As such, the building has tons of 1800 charm. It was nice to see the Dukes were in town. Then it was off to Minneapolis Town Hall. Derek and I spent a good full day (over two days) here last time we visited. I had the same......jeez, I need to post these sooner, or start taking notes. Abra had the porter. And I honestly can't remember what it was. Brandon sampled the Root Beer. We swung into Rock Bottom. The next day we headed into Minneapolis and used the walkways. It was 10 out. It complimented my Cheddar burger with onions. Tsauce was made with....Black Earth Porter. I tried the Black Earth Porter. which was nice. Lots of coffee and chocolate with a little hop. With her wheat, is what she affectionately calls the greatest grilled cheese sandwich on the planet. Abra had a Crop Circle Wheat. Which is honestly, one of the best wheats I've had. Right down the street from the Capitol in Mad-town, WI. First stop, Great Dane.
