This will be my fourth summer working at Valleyfair. I'll be working as a foods team lead.

So wish I could go to this event! I might be going to college in CA though, so I'll be sure to get to WCB then!

This post is just an example, but for all those who say that Invertigo rules out Valleyfair's B&M Invert, how did it come from a park...with a B&M invert? Hell, maybe Valleyfair will get Flight Deck too. Its not so much having two inverts that rules it out, its having three. Steel Venom, Invertigo, and a B&M seems overkill. I'd be totally fine with it, but it seems repetative.

^^Could be. You can't get to it from their website. The funny thing is, all you have to do to find it is google Invertigo Kings Dominion and it comes up. I would think if it was official they'd be more careful about it, but maybe not.

^^^KD is a contender, but is that really likely if they just put I305 in? My money's on MIA or VF. Those are the parks that have gone several years with no new coasters. Thunderhawk in '08 for MIA, and Renegade in '07 for VF. I'm not saying this because I want it to come to my home park. I actually hope it doesn't, but nevertheless, this is what I think will happen.

I think that WOF would be a bad choice because it is probably difficult to market a ride that is very similar to something the park already has (even though boomerang would be removed). I know there is a difference between the two coasters, but the GP isn't as particular about things. They are likely to see an ad for it and say "Oh... don't they already have that? Its just like Boomerang". It's much easier to market something completely new to the park. I think the two biggest possibilities are VF and MIA. I personally hope it goes to MIA because I would honestly rather see VF get the B&M that's been rumored for years. If Invertigo went to VF, that would likely cancell any chances of something high-quality coming in anytime soon.

Hello TPR, I've been reading the site for awhile and finally decided to join. I've worked at Valleyfair! in MN the last few years (going back for my 4th year this summer), and at one time in my "career" at the park, I was a dippin dots guy, which explains my username. My two biggest interests are rollercoasters and music. I play classical piano, the Hammond B3 organ, and keyboard. My summers are spent at work and at amusement parks, and my winters are spent in school and jamming. I look forward to being more involved with TPR in the future! ~dippindotsguy8

I used to be afraid of clowns, but I got over it after forcing myself to walk through CarnEvil at Valleyfair's haunt. I also hate snakes, and I hate the dentist.
