My reference to the Cy Young in regards to hockey... James Neal has 8 goals and one assist, translated to a W-L record for a pitcher and he's 8-1. Usually pitchers with the best winning percentage get the Cy Young. Just a little joke haha.

^With as many injuries as they've had, and to the key players they've happened to (Crosby, Malkin, Orpik, Kennedy, Letang being suspended, and now Michalek), it is very impressive that we're off to a 6-2-2 start. I'm with FtF on this one, not just because we're both Penguins fans, but cuz I know what I saw too. Letang and Beagle we're having a perfectly-within-the-rules battle there along the wall until Beagle knocked off Letang's helmet. And thats what I consider making a run at a star player. So Asham did what he is paid to do, defend his teammates. Challenging Beagle to a fight was by no means a "bitch move," and it was Beagle's fault for leaving himself open for those two slugs to the jaw. I get that he's clearly an inexperienced fighter, but he shouldnt have accepted the challenge of a longtime heavyweight. Im in Asham's corner, he did nothing wrong. Although the little taunt at the end was a bit excessive.

I wouldn't say that Holtby is better than Ollie Kolzig, heck, I wouldnt go as far as saying he's their best goalie right now. Varlomov had one of those great rookie runs like Holtby had last season, then flopped for a few seasons. Except now, McPhee must be kicking himself for trading Varlomov after the start hes had for the Aves.

^Oh man I saw the highlights of the game and thought that defensive/goalie play by the Caps was terrible. Props for still winning, but allowing 3 or 4 goals from unbelievably lucky bounces or horrific angles and stuff like that, just made me cringe. And then I laughed 'cause I hate the Caps but I know youre a fan so I won't ramble too much. I just think that its funny how they went out of their way to improve goaltending by getting Vokoun only to see that happen. It was painfful to watch, had to have been even more so for the fan like you.

Overview looks great although you wouldnt normally see a Giga and Beemer hyper in one park. However, I guess CW makes this an exception... Also, I like the look of the Intamin, except for the inversions. Just dont go well with a coaster of that nature in my opinion.

Physics help please...?... 1. The equation of a particle in motion is x=6t^2 + 4t^3, where x is in feet and t in seconds. What is the objects initial acceleration and what is its acceleration when position = 100 feet? 2. Two projectiles are shot upwards. The first at 30ft/s. The second is shot 1 second after the first and at a velocity of 100ft/s. When and where do they pass? Im trying to figure out these two on the study guide we were given for Tuesday's test but I cant seem to figure them out. Can anyone help?
