Seeing that almost makes me sick... All that gone, only to be replaced by a parking lot. I miss this park. -
Are you seeing this?

Man we don't get ours until Febuary 2009! We're still running on hydro-powered machines here. -

Update Year 2 Welcome back! The park was very crowded today as alot of local schools have begun to let out for summer vacation. The crowds are always a little lighter around dinner time - everybody's in the restaurants! I'm not sure I've seen a Hard Rockin' train leave that hasn't been nearly full. It's a very popular attraction. Check back soon for more Orleans Place Boardwalk!

Did you know that Tennessee Tornado makes that odd turn out of the station into a "second station" because it utilizes the same station that Thunder Express used? -

Hey I could see our (crappy) hotel that we stay at! Gatlinburg's awesome. I've never been in the space needle and I've never been there at Christmas, so those are two things I need to do. Great photos! Did you take a ride in the chair lift? -
Lately I've been hearing on the news about musical performers and actors making "comebacks" after falling off the map or for a while not doing as well as they once did. Then I got to thinking: has a park ever truly made a comeback? The one example I can think of is Magic Springs. That park closed up shop in 1995 and stayed closed for three years. It wasn't until 2000 that someone bought the park, cleaned it up, added some new attractions, and reopened it. Today it's not a world-class attraction, but it's a good little park that draws alot of people from surrounding states and seems to be doing well financially. Is there another park that you can think of that's made a comeback? I'm sure I've forgotten some.

^ Not on this ride. Update Year 2 Welcome back. I hope you weathered that touch of a storm we've had the past couple of days! Barracuda still stands strong even though it's got Hard Rockin' looming above it. This mall area under the hotel is never crowded. I think it'd be the perfect place for a dark ride! The sky was crystal clear today! Check back soon for more!

For a second I thought, "Why is he showing pictures of Apollo's Chariot construction?" Too bad the first drop's a bit different. Personally, I miss the post-lift tease drop. -

Great show! Sucks somebody was 'impersonating' me, I had to go in as "The Coasterdude5". I hope you do more of these! Imagine doing a trip chat like this. It'd be insane! -

^ For some reason when I read that a hybrid of Expedition Everest and Revenge of the Mummy came to mind...
