  1. I take it you mean Martin Landau.
  2. It is a dad day for fans of horror, fantasy, and sci-fi movies. Christopher Lee has died of heart failure and respiratory problems. He was 93. Many of you know him, of course, as Saruman in the Peter Jasckson's Tolkien movies, or perhaps as Count Dooku in Star Wars. When I was a kid, he (along with Bela Lugosi) was . . . DRACULA!
  3. Zola 7 (defunct)--Fuji Q
  4. This looks like a Japanese version of a Scottish Egg. Works for me!
  5. Here's the "official" Jason vs. Freddy announcement from the Universal blog.
  6. X: The Man with the X-Ray Eyes (1963)
  7. O'Connor El Guapo Agave IPA.
  8. ^To me, the experience was akin to having an elephant stand on my chest. Not a fan of the pretzel roll, but to each his or her own.
  9. ^Yes, that's what I was referring to.
  10. President Lyndon Johnson owned his own Amphicar back in the 1960s. From Wikipedia: I wouldn't mind ride in one of them myself.
  11. What's interesting is that they bothered to theme it at all because that section is completely dark and you can't see a thing.
  12. ^Admit it--you want a bunch of those giant pink donuts with sprinkles!
  13. I wouldn't be surprised if Olaf got his own version of "Turtle Talk" one day.
  14. Or, "There are worse coasters you could be riding!"
  15. Well, they did paint Rebel Yell's lift hills and add running lights, but not over the entire ride. Thanks for posting the photos!
  16. What a great little park! Did they offer a chance to be a "copy editor"? I'm very impressed with all the thought the operators put into this park.
  17. My guess is that there will be a grander version of any Frozen attraction at Tokyo DisneySea--which is par for the course. That being said, I'm looking forward to seeing what Disney does with the old Malestrom space.
  18. One dark ride that I miss is the wonderfully cartoony, yet gory Zombie Paradise at the Tokyo Dome. It was a very cool Sally ride, but they removed it some years ago when they redid the place. Here's a video shot by Sally (they didn't allow guests to shoot video or photos inside).
  19. Yes, they'll have the park under a microscope for some time yet.
