well, i've only been on Riddler's Revenge at SFMM, i can say it's one of the most enjoyable coasters i have ever ridden. I found the standing quite unique, a nice brake from sitting on all the other coasters. It's probably one of my favorite rollercoaster styles. having said that, heres a note of caution... no matter how fun it is to bounce up and down in your restraints, just dont do it!! last time i went on it, the guy next to me was HIIIGH off the ground, needless to say, it was one of the throughly helarious rollercoaster rides I've ever taken.

let me get this straight, you would rather go ride the same 4 coasters all day rather then not riding every ride a larger park has to offer, even if it means you still ride a greater variety of coasters? besides, at SFMM anyway, i find it easy to get on all the 13 (major, not including SBNO flashback) caosters in one day, as long as you get there at opening. so, yeah my answer will be no. but answer this, would you rather go to CP or Knotts?... i thought so.

I think few people would have problems with ripping out psyclone or flashback for a new ride. ... Maybe even Colossus if it continies the way it is. agreed, i never said i'd MISS the ride. Besides tear out psyclone and you have a perfect spot for an intamin woodie, I assume they own a LITTLE land behind the park, and if not, relocate the Gokarts. google maps, i love you!

READ THE FIRST POST! anyhoo, It seems that these two parks, for one reason or another, have stopped their coaster wars. Both of these parks havn't put in a new ride in awhile. I'm, just wondering how high the count can get, i see places for rollercoasters at SFMM, but not so much at CP, i wonder when were finally going to have to rip out something big to put somthing else in, one thing is for sure, were only a few coasters away.

^^ noone said SFMM was a BETTER park, just which would you consider to have the record for most coasters. in that sense, Cedar point can only tie or loose and by the way, SFMM usually only has flashback closed now, they had X problems, Deja vu problems, and S:TE problems, but those all seem to be ironed out and now the majority of their coasters stay open all the time. So that kinda makes ur last point pretty pointless, (or at least it will as long as TTD is down or afterTatsu is opened)

i'd say it'll be over 3500 it spans just about the length of revoultion, ( which is already 3457ft long) like that ride, it goes to the front of the park (valencia falls), unlike that ride, this ride will travel all the way back to samuri summut. making it much wider, now consider that this ride will likely twist and turn much more than that ride, and your looking at one pretty dang long coaster. i'm almost sure it'll be over 3500, i can't say how long, all i can say is it will be really long. thanks google maps!

i'll put six flags magic mountain in first place, rather then them being tied. the fact of the matter is, Flashback is STILL a coaster, it just doesnt operate. When tatsu is built, i dont even think there can be an arguement, because SFMM has 16 operating and one that is not, while CP just has 16 coasters. so they have the same ammount of running coasters but SFMM has a bonus, if you will. as of NOW i would probably put cedar point as most coasters in the world. damn you OHIO!

there balming you robb! how come everything nowadays is balmed on video games? I'm suprised noone has said that iraq was full of terrorists because of 'graphic video games' it's sad to see this place go though, even if i dont think ive ever been there (i'm not sure though). im sure if i have, i'd be having nightmares about wax people for years.

X!!!! seriously, that coaster is just amazing, extremely disorienting, and just a blast to ride! and i'd have to say it has one of the best first drops on any coaster. this seems to be a love it or hate it ride, because of the roughness i guess, but i never noticed it. i guess there was leg banging, it isnt paiful, but you can tell its happening... but then again I went on Manhattan Express and didnt come of the ride thinking 'wow, that was rough!'... never actually been on a coaster that i believed to be painful.

ok, now, is it just me... or did the train pass through his foot?? i can't really tell, but i think it did

uhh, yeaahhh, everytime i download it, i just get a park full of dirt with nothing in it, so someone else can take the park i guess... anyone know why its doing this??

yeah, im in somthing just like that, SAS (school for advanced studies) but we do do more advanced work, the thing that bothers me is that while our work is harder, we get no benifit from it! i mean, we could be so much smarter then the regualr kids, but they often get better grades then us because they have easy work! and, yeah, i agree, these classes are an excuse to not take crap from us kids, like, i expect BETTER from you guys, YOU guys dont turn in stuff late, thats for regular kids!" its like SHUT THE HECK UP!

hmm, they called tatsu, tatsu... would that be our first confermation of the ride's name? ... not like anyone thought it wouldn't be or anything. but at least now its official

in NL, click display, then check 'show heartline' now a yellow line appears over the track, that would be approx where your heart would be when riding the coaster, or, your heartline. What [good] coasters try to do when banking is rotate your body around that central point, so cyntrifical force has no affect on you. in NL, when banking, ( including zero g rolls and barrel rolls) you want to make it so that that central line does not move, but the train moves around it. so if your riding on top of the track, and you rolled to your right you would need to have the track drift left and your elevation to increase. im having trouble explaing this... so i made an example (can you tell im really bored right now? so open the track and make shure 'show heartline' is checked... the first barrel roll is heartlined, the second is not, make sure you look at it from all angles, top, left/right, and from the front/back, and im sure you'll get the idea esf.nltrack there ya go

ok, now its my turn to rate all the knotts/SFMM lines Knotts Xcelorator, ok, im not sure if this is the lines fault, or the rides, but, dangit, the train doesnt line up with the airgates, you are actually closer to the seats ahead of you then you are your own seats. and they have that stupid yellow line... if you dont want us that close, then why are the airgates 3 feet ahead of us? Ghostrider i like the que, its themed, i guess, and you always see hyper kids trip on the stairs when they make a run to the top floor, i find that funny. Jaguar oooh, i would say i like this que, until i had an incident with the wall! i was one of those hyper kids RUNNING to the station area (quite a while ago), and BANG, i hit my head on a rock jetting from the walls, and, boy did that hurt. other then that, from the outside, it looks great. Perolious plunge sloooooooow and wet Montezuma revenge no line = good line SFMM X its okay, never really noticed it that much, usually just trying to catch my breath from sprinting there when the park opens. DejaVu typical que... but with a single riders line Riddlers Revenge My first trip, i hated it, too corwded. during the summer, however, it becomes one of the best, because they let in people in groups, so there isnt many people in the station, yeah, strobe lights and techno can get annoying after awhile, but its a nice touch when your in there a few minutes. Batman I like it, nice landscaping and theming, and also moves quik, nice station also. Scream this line had a line? wow, i didnt even realize it did! considering the ride is ALWAYS a walk on. but i noticed how efficent this ride really is, when i got on the ride, the station wasnt even full, but it broke down for a few minutes and we got stuck on the final brakes, when we finally got off the line was huuuge, they were backed up before you even got to the lockers! Goliath nicley themed with the ruined statue and such, nicely misted, (or sprayed, depending on where you are ) it also has a nicly orginized station Superman my favorite que... ever. this line is so awsome that people are in there that arn't even in line for the ride! why? two words, ice theming. they blast in the cold air form these giant vents in the ceiling, and when it gets as hot as it does at SFMM, it is a NICE treat, and the fact that you can hear, but cant see, the launching of the trains builds suspense, because there are automatic, metal doors (elevator style, i guess) blocking you view Ninja im an asian boy, so what can i say? i love it Viper nice, well styled building, mexican style! too bad my only time ever riding this I had to wait next to a pile of throwup, that reminds me, the lines are narrrow too, you cant get to the front to tell someone someone has thrown up, so we had to wait it out until we got to the front. collosus meh, nothing special just a line revolution i like it, i dont believe it was themed when it was built, but now it seems to be built to seem old fashoned, with brass light fixtures hanging from the walls, arched windows, and stucco (i think) ok, moving on! best: SUPERMAN Worst: deja vu

hey, i like it, noce setting especially, but you should try heartlining your coaster, it makes your zero g-rolls alot smoother, other then that great job

'if you want it, if you need it, just ask us, and we'll get it!' oh, and any commercial where they have over a screen full of 'fine print' where they actually have to show the first part, then the second part... i hate commercials that say BUT WAIT!, THERES MORE!! Danimals comercials, that try to be 'hip' oooh, and those new chrysler commercials, where they have anyone but the 'if you can find a better car, buy it!' guy say, 'if you can find a better car, BUY it! and the pitiful, snoopdog version, 'if the ride is more fly, you must buy!'

wow, thats kinda creepy, my home (and favorite) park, six flags magic mountain!! 36% Theme, 100% Rides, 56% Atmosphere, 40% Value
