After the TPR day please post right away if anyone finds out what's new for 2012. Hmmm it could be a coaster behind the Manteca slides or finally a Boomerang Bay expansion with a nice body/tube slide complex that empties out into real pools.

I just turned 29 I still can ride the coasters but in 2004 Triple Play at CGA ended the spinny rides for me. But I want to stay a theme park geek for as long as I can. I still have fun with any coaster(as long as it doesn't spin), water rides, water slides. There are some spinny type rides I can go on however: Disneyland Tea Cups, Celebration Swings CGA, Beserker CGA. I'd like to try Endavor at CGA since I've only been on it twice but I'm not sure if my body can take the rocking. I suppose I should try Tiki Twril first. I am trying to inch back slowly into the spinny rides. Does anyone here think I should try Endavor? I am nervous to try it I don't want to puke during the ride! That would be embarrassing!!! Or should I try Tiki Twril or Delirum first? Or just completely forget it?

Let me guess it was dead all week at the park & Boomerang Bay was closed this week because of the cold weather? Could that finally be more slides-like a whole tube/body slide complex that empties out into real pools they are putting in behind the Manteca slides??? Could be! Is that water trough back on at RRR? I wonder why they turned it off. It made the ride a whole lot better with it on.

Oh I can picture it now the new generation shuttle launch.....exactly like the old Tidal Wave model BUT a much,much,much larger loop & much higher hills & 10 times faster. Call it a gigantic humongus Tidal Wave!!! Er Scorpion. Scorpion sounds like a nice launch coaster to me. Maybe that's what CGA will get after all 2012 will be the 10 year anniversery Tidal Wave has been gone. Time for a new launch. Ohhh I can sense one coming!!! How much you want to bet!!! & By the way what is CGA's height limit?-Is it 224 ft?(That's how high Drop Tower is).

TIDAL WAVE 2002, STEALTH 2003, INVERTIGO 2011 that were at CGA. God I especially miss Tidal Wave & Stealth the most. Invertigo I don't really miss since there's still the Boomerang & V2 at SFDK which isn't that far away.

I just can't believe Paramount took Tidal Wave out for no reason at all!!! That was a classic ride!!! They should have taken that stinky Grizzly instead. God I miss it so much. I'm in always in pain over the fact it's gone. It hurts so much & so depressing w/out it there. Having a model of it in the office is no good at all. The park should have the real thing still running. & Oh yeah it did make a noise when it launched I remember that. That is so odd the footers are still there but the whole ride is gone. From the stairs at Vortex I can't bear to look at that area anymore since you have many views of where Tidal Wave was. Isn't the station building gone? & Where you exit Spongebob wasn't that the Tidal Wave exit too? The most times in a row I went on Tidal Wave was 8. I know its at SFKK(that sucks so bad it should be at CGA!!!) but I'll never get there. What happened to the Astroworld one?(I know it's a flywheel model like Montezoomas so slightly different).

They NEED to rip out Grizzly, Demon, Vortex(that will open up a whole bunch of space) & put in some state of the art coasters. Can't CGA get an I305 or Millenimum Force & work with the airport about the height limit? It sucks so bad CGA has the stupid height limit problem! Or I know can't CF give CGA Montezooma's Revenge from Knotts? We need that shuttle loop coaster back! That was the only decent oldie! I believe Paramount left all the footers from Tidal Wave!

Cross your fingers!!! I am hoping/praying that CEO who visited today was eyeing areas for a new coaster for next year!!!

Yeah you have to walk through Stealth's covered station to get to the stairs for those 3 slides.

^^Sunfire I went on Monday & rode the Demon 3 times. Which one was you? Next time I go on 7/11 I will try to look for you. & What happened to the "welcome to the Demon I hope you survive ha ha ha" inside the first tunnel? & How come our second tunnel doesn't have flashy lights like SFGA's Demon?

I can't believe how much it's changed. It's real, real, real sad. I get teary eyed looking at the lake around Logger's Run & The Clipper & now The Clipper has been long gone & the lake has been paved over w/cement since that is where Boomerang Bay sits. I feel sick to my stomach looking at those old pictures. But SFGA's flumes are still the original layout & still over the lake & through nicely landscaped tree areas so it looks like it was back in 1976? & How were those 2 hills on the Turn Of The Century? I would assume they were much better than those brutal loops. I'd wish they would bring those hills back! They looked like fun.

Ok next time I walk by that area where the Clipper station used to be I'll give it a moment of silence to remember & reflect & think back to the good ol Clipper days. So it was directly across from that big green windy slide that's always the only slide open in Jackaroo Landing? & What did Jackaroo Landing used to be-just a pond where the Clipper floated over & all that cement pavement in Boomerang Bay was where the Clipper track was? I don't remember the Clipper that much. It was a mirror image of Logger's Run except a different drop? 1998 was the last time I went on it. I remember getting stuck on the top part but only for like 10 min. I wish I could go to the Chicago park to ride the Clipper & the original Logger's Run layout. Relive those memories. Logger's Run feels so bare now without the Clipper & the nicely landscaped tree scenery you floated by. & Oh I thought the Edge was behind where that purple gate is next to the go carts.

I went today-Monday & yeah it was fine but alot of people in the park though. The rides hardly had a wait except Physco Mouse(always too long a line), & the Grizzly(1 train was running). What was wrong with the red train? I saw the workers working on it. & Where's the 3rd Demon train? & What happened to the noise inside the first tunnel before the lift-"welcome to the Demon I hope you survive ha ha ha ha ha? & I sat 2nd to last seat on the Demon & still rough going through the loops. & What happened to the full blast water trough on RRR? It was on a couple weeks ago. I went on Whitewater Falls & sat in front & got wet. Then I stood on the bridge & a huge wave got me completely soaked! & That good ol Logger's Run. I got on it twice in a row because I love going over that hump on the final drop. It is fun & kind of feels like your flying over the hump. I guess the hump on Logger's Run is rare for a log ride. Are both Logger's Run's the only log rides with a hump on the final hill? I went on Flight Deck 3 times in a row just after opening. Got the blue train all 3 times. Anybody go on Flight Deck more times than me in a row? No I didn't get a locker for Boomerang Bay. Just did the 3 big slides. That Didgeroo Falls family raft ride has a couple OMFG moments. It feels like your going to fly off the slide on those curves even with 4 people in the raft. I find that SCARY! Oh I was trying to figure out where the old Yankee Clipper station & Yankee Clipper layout used to be. Can anyone post a photoshop pic with the outline? & Oh even in the front of Vortex my ears got banged. That's my last & final ride on Vortex, Grizzly(always a no good), Demon. The Grizzly, Demon(or maybe those famous hills can come back in place of the loops!), Vortex, need to go. Come on CGA give us way better coasters. & Also I was eyeing the old Edge area. Can't a coaster go in there? I'm kind of sorry I have a season pass.

I stay away from CGA on the weekends & holidays. It's not worth it going when it's way too crowded. So much nicer on the weekdays. Hardly a wait. I went on a Wednesday a couple weeks ago & it was super light. I'm going tomorrow. How is it on a Monday?

I guess I'm done getting a locker. It's really not worth it for those 2 slides! I'll wait until Boomerang Bay gets more slides. Then it would be much more worth it. Those 3 big ones Tasmanian Typhoon(the enclosed yellow one), Down Hill Thunder, & Didgeroo Falls you can ride wearing all your clothes & shoes & waist pack. I've done that before. & Why can't they start showing another movie like the Temple one next to Spongebob? They need both sides open again. & Does anyone think CGA has a chance in getting a Flight Of Fear? It would fit nicely in the Pictorium. I really hope things turn around for CGA. It really needs a huge Boomerang Bay expansion & more coasters. Attendence sure has picked up. Even during the week it seems slightly more busy than it was a few years ago.

It is so frigen annoying! I like those large slides in Jackaroo Landing! I mean with those closed it's like half of Boomerang Bay is closed. & Wow only 6 slides to go on. Lets see Tasmanian Typhoon, Downhill Thunder, Didgeroo Falls, Screamin Wombat, Ripsnort Ridge & that 1 big green slide in Jackaroo Landing. Very,very,very disappointing. I don't know if Boomerang Bay is worth the $15 locker anymore. They too know there are hardly any slides so why can't they get their act together for better Jackaroo Landing operations? I get more & more annoyed over that. Maybe I'll stop doing Boomerang Bay until they get more slides & wait for all the ones in Jackaroo Landing to be open again. I know you don't need a locker for the Tasmanian Typhoon, Downhill Thunder, Didgeroo Falls since you sit in a raft & don't really get wet. Is it worth it to get a locker for Screamin Wombat & Ripsnort Ridge? I kind of think so but that's a locker for only like 3 slides!. I guess it is a rip off for 3 slides your paying $15. Angry Gumball your right they may be very small but still quite a thrill & one of them still gives me a wedgie. I always scream down the twisty dark blue one. Oh & they didn't let me go down Didgeroo Falls this year by myself. I had to go w/a random group of girls. They have let me go myself a couple times before. Last year I went myself & on one of the curves OMFG! Almost flipped over! I guess that's why. Do you think we should have seen footers for a coaster by now if we are getting one next year? I sure haven't seen any signs for a new coaster next year.

I am hoping praying there will be a major announcement in August for something big! Has anyone gone to CGA on a Saturday or a Sunday & can tell me if all the slides in Jackaroo Landing are open? Whenever I go during the week only 1 of those big slides(the green one) is open. I want to go on those other slides but they are always closed! The answer I always get when I ask a lifeguard why they are closed is not enough people. But I have been on those before a long time ago but I just wish they would keep them all open!

I will try the front back car on the Grizzly. Thanks. OMG Santa Clara's Grizzly has got to have the absolute loudest lift hill ever! The noise almost blew my ears off! Maybe it was because I was sitting in the middle of the train & Coming into the station at the end at a loud hard stop! Why doesn't CF get rid of it??? Demon is fine. But the Grizzly needs to go! I sure hope there will be a new coaster announcement in August. I remember Stealth was announced in July 1999. I saved the newspaper article. Oh please let there be a new coaster for next year oh please!

What is the absolute best seat on the Grizzly? & When does CF usually announce a new coaster for a park?

How were the lines Monday & today-Tuesday??? I would assume they will be super light tomorrow-Wednesday. Is Flight Deck a walk on during the first hour the park is open-front seat? Hmm I'll start with Flight Deck then Vortex. Are Drop Zone, the antique cars(you drive around the Grizzly) & Physco Mouse open at 10?

I plan to go on Wednesday since I have the season pass. They scan your eticket at the gate then show it to the season pass processing? I am getting there at opening. Does anyone think this week will be low crowds & short waits especially on a Wednesday? I hope all the schools have already had their school trips. & Are there any rides that are not open right at opening? & Best place to sit on Whitewater Falls?(want to get drenched) & Best place to sit on the Demon? & Best place to sit on Vortex?(Ouch!) & Best place to sit on Flight Deck? & Have all the slides in Jackaroo Landing been open? I don't really miss Invertigo. I miss Tidal Wave & Stealth the most. But at least SFDK still has their boomerang & V2. That 3 times in a row on Invertigo last August kind of showed me. That was a little much. Glad I got my last rides in. Hey I know maybe hopefully they will give us Montezoomas Revenge from Knotts! Yeah! That would do!

Home Run Derby??? WTF??? PLEASE tell me that is not new for next year!!! & A joke!!! They need that right side of the theater operating again. I really enjoyed that Temple movie. Maybe they should get rid of Spongebob & put back Days Of Thunder & the Temple. Then the Action Theater would be cool again.

I went on Speed twice in a row(since I had the all day ride wristband) back in 2003 although it was 100+degrees outside. & Oh I got to stay on without getting off. I didn't go on it anymore times since I didn't feel so good after 2 rides in a row. Got the ride picture of me on the ride. It was a pretty good ride. Hey CGA! Listen up! Speed is on sale & would make a perfect 2012 addition! It's fast & not that high & hardly makes any noise!

OMG I am most likely going Sunday & I have a huge feeling the waits will be HOORIBLE! All the coasters had bad waits today-Friday? I will have to get a Gold qbot. It would be so worth it. Do they charge tax on the qbots? & Do they give you a waterproof bag for the water rides? & How do you check in for priority seating? & Can you show up just before a show starts or do you have to get there early? & How long does it take to get a qbot if I get there right at opening? & How many reservations can you schedule at a time?

Can someone please tell me where I can get the best discount ticket for SFDK? I am located in the Burlingame area.
