How bad are the waits on of Sundays this month? I might go on Sunday if I find out it's not too crowded.

Quick question sorry I'm slightly off topic. Has Loggers Run been open during the day or is it only open when the Haunt is going on? & Is Whitewater Falls still open? I know Rip Roaring Rapids & the Waterpark is closed. & How have the last couple Sundays been wait wise-are they more than 30 min? I might go this Sunday only if Loggers Run will be open. & Because it's been really nice weather.

News from Screamscape today: "The good news is that the deal does require them to continue to operate and improve the park, and not just rip it out for a new mall or something." Awesome news best news ever this is the news we've been all waiting to hear. Time to celebrate! There's huge chance CGA could get a new coaster next year. I have a feeling something good is already being worked on.

OMG during the 6pm news on ABC 7 they showed the news about Great America. I almost spit out my dinner when they showed a very quick-blink of an eye Stealth POV. It was Stealth allright I regnoized the riding position. How funny. I think Great America is in good hands now & finally has a bright future & we will see a massive coaster like Stealth. Maybe they are already planning something good for next year!!!

Since you can see what kind of new company this is from their website I guess we should all say adios Great America. They wouldn't want to keep Great America going instead turn it into something like a housing development since it says their in real estate. I'm sure this was the last season. I wouldn't be surprised. I'd much rather go to SFDK anyways. Downhill Thunder would look great in my backyard!

So Physco Mouse as you can see got a permit date of 9/12/00 so the big announcement will come by the end of the year if it doesn't come this month. & Vortex got a permit on 11/2/90. So yeah. Don't give up hope.

Does anybody have a link to that permit page? I'd like to check every day too. Thanks. Who knows maybe they do have something good up their sleeve waiting to surprise everyone. See BGW just announced their coaster so there is still hope.

Woodstock's Express er Rugrats Runaway Reptar er Blue Streak. Been through so many name changes! Didn't it have a different name before Blue Streak? They still let me on & I still go on it. My legs fit just fine.

Of course I know CGA's operating schedule. Duh. From now on next year I will always go on a Tuesday. What is the most quietest day to go? I'm assuming a Tuesday. When I went on a Wed & Mon it was slightly busy. Fri-even more busier(never again on a Fri or any weekend day.)

Whew GOOD THING I didn't go today. I was almost going to go. I like going when it is quiter during the week like on a Tuesday.

Is 400 ft at SFMM goint to be the highest in the USA? OMG it's deffinately going to be an OMFG ride! I go on any drop ride. The Edge that was at CGA started my liking of drop rides after I went on it once during it's final season in 1995. Almost went on Freefall at SFMM in 1999 but skipped it since the line was too long.

^When I go I never drive there. I take the train to Mountain View & then the lightrail to the Great America stop which stops directly across from the park. It doesn't take that long by public transportation if you take an express Caltrain. The lightrail gets to the Great America stop around 9:45 so I get there in time to hear the National Anthem.

I am thinking about going tomorrow-Labor Day. That would be a bad idea huh? I don't like waiting in lines longer than 30 min at CGA. How has it been yesterday & today wait wise?

Windseeker not for CGA. How booring. CGA will get something much better than that I can bet you. California doesn't need a 3rd Windseeker. There's already one at SFDK & Knotts. That's enough! I'd much rather see a couple new slides for Boomerang Bay. That would be a much needed improvement. We all know it's not going to be a coaster because 2013 CGA is finally getting the custom woodie which is 100% confirmed. If you all have noticed 2 parks in the chain already announced a Windseeker so that could mean CGA isn't getting one otherwise they would have announced it already.

There seem to be some OMFG moments on this ride. Here's one-look at the pic ^^ & see how high the car is! So can't wait to ride it with a platium flash pass. Since I only go once a year a platium flash pass would be so worth it.

Oh I finally realized why they gave to TPR members Invertigo wheels now. Duh! They can't use the wheels at Dorney Park because the rubber part is yellow & they were planning a blue Invertigo so they needed new wheels so the rubber part would be blue. I'm still can't wait to see what CGA will get for next year. When are they announcing it? I have a feeling it won't be a Windseeker (WHEW) since 2 Windseekers have been announced already. It will be something better than that.

Yeah one thing comes to my mind too-very low capicity & the line will always be insanely long for it. I am saving up for the platium flash pass. It will be so worth it. There is NO WAY I am waiting in a 2+ hour line for that thing. I'm sure the price will go up to like $80 because of the new ride. They should also include Skyscreamer on the flash pass. After going this year I have decided to visit SFKD at least once every year. & Horray at least they are done with adding kiddie rides since from the Bay Area Bash TPR members reported that they said SFDK has too much kiddie stuff & might even take an area out. So now it's all about getting thrill rides from here on out!

YA HOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!! What kind of coaster is that??? Haven't seen that type before. Finally something new I can go on & IT'S A COASTER!!! I'm SO glad they got rid of Tony Hawk-I couldn't do the spinning. Oh it does look like another launch type. I wonder how many times it will go around.

I wonder why my track streak isn't in the center. & My wheel doesn't seem to have a concave. I posted a pic of it a page back. I was certinally lucky to have ridden Invertigo 3 times in a row last year(had to get off & go around)-what a nice ending but 3 times is a bit much for that kind of boomerang. Hey can everyone post a pic of their wheel? I'd like to see everyone else's.

I think it's a bit too heavy to hang on the wall. Here's a couple of pictures of my wheel. I'm sure my wheel did carry me along the track one of the years I rode it since I've been on it alot!

Mine has marks all around the edge of the wheel on the yellow part from when the wheel was running along the track. & Mine doesn't say Vekoma. It has a couple hand written numbers on one side but I don't know what that means.
