When I went to Universal Orlando I didn't get the VIP tour but stayed at the Portofino a couple years in a row thanks to my parents. That was the best thing ever flashing your room key card all day at the Universal Express entrances skipping the lines all day long. Staying at the Portofino is like paying for a VIP tour-it's just as expensive but without a guide. Don't stay at the Portofino anymore because of how expensive it is now. The last time I went to Universal we stayed off site & I paid $100 since I went in April for the Universal Express. Pricy but well worth it.

The Revolution swinging ship that goes upside down at PGA(now Endavor) at CGA. I first went on it summer 1993 approx I was so scared I thought I was going to fall out. I didn't go on it again until 2002 & one or two times after that year. It is intense every time especially when you are swinging from side to side almost ready to go upside down. I'd love to go on it again but I can't go on swinging/spinny rides anymore.

Mystery USA GCI Project?
greatamerica1990sfan replied to robbalvey's topic in Theme Parks, Roller Coasters, & Donkeys!
It's CGA's long over due woodie that we were supposed to get I just know it. Can construction for a coaster like this GCI woodie start as late as Dec/Jan for it to open next year? -

I'm hoping/praying it is for CGA. Could this be the woodie that has been delayed years & CGA will finally get next year? -
Wild Mouse

Standard. Love the old fashioned wild mouses. I can't go on spinny rides anymore. -
CF should kick those pesky office neighbours off their property & tell them to shutup & stop complaining & if they don't like it there to move their asses somewhere else. That will open up space for at least 10 giant coasters. I can see a Superman right in front of their ugly buildings they won't even hear the launch through their sound proof walls. CGA is ignored once again. I know why CGA didn't get a Windseeker just because it would line up w/those office buildings & oh the noise. That's it. I guess CGA will never see another coaster again between the pesky neighbours & the stadium. It's hopeless. That's why I'm moving by the end of next year next door to SFMM.

So if I have the platium q-bot & do my 2 rides at lets say Tatsu I can come back later in the day to do 2 more rides? & I know X2 costs $15 extra but if you have the platium do you get a reride? & You can request a seat I hope since your paying good money especially for the platium? & How long does it take to get the q-bot if I get there at 10 or 11?
-
^^OMG HERE WE GO AGAIN! I don't mind the stares either. But what do you do if you have the platium & you get to stay on for a second ride but the person waiting for your seat starts to yell at you to move it is there a worker there to let that person in line waiting for your seat know you get a second ride? I don't care if they are pissed off only if a worker notifies them.

The most rare coaster credits
greatamerica1990sfan replied to Stitch's topic in Theme Parks, Roller Coasters, & Donkeys!
Zonga that was at SFDK is one. I was lucky to ride it once. Also Greased Lightnin that was at CGA. I was very lucky to ride it when it still had it's Tidal Wave theming 1997 & 1998. I believe the name changed to Greased Lightnin for the 1999 season. God I miss that ride. Also Stealth that was at CGA. I didn't get too many rides on it since the line was always long but I did go on it about only 4 times. I so miss that ride too. Oh & Python that was at BGA. I went on it once, DeJa Vu,SFMM, that horrible Physclone & Superman the Escape-forwards version since soon it will run backwards. -
^So with the platium q-bot you don't have to get out of your seat to ride twice-you just show your q-bot? & Why,why, why does X2 cost extra? It shouldn't! Are they thinking of including it in the q-bot price? I hope they do sometime soon. I think the platium q-bot will be well worth it since I hardly ever get to SFMM. X2 should be at least included w/the platium. I'll wait until it is.

I went today & can do a report. First if you do Boomerang Bay don't get a fluffy, fluffy bunny filled with medicine and goo which is right across from Boomerang Bay by Delerium. Those cost $15 & $5 back instead get the fluffy, fluffy bunnies filled with medicine and goo inside Boomerang Bay which cost $10 & $5 back. Much better. I just noticed that today. I always get a fluffy, fluffy bunny filled with medicine and goo at Boomerang Bay first thing right at opening then on to the rides. Today Invertigo was open when the park opened. Went right to it got there before 10:30. Ah 3 times in a row no wait. I like the last seat on the left hand side best. It sure is really smooth. 3 times was plenty. I know I saw a TPR member working Invertigo but wasn't sure who-his name is Patrick-was that Sunfire??? I saw him later in the day working Whitewater Falls. Grizzly IS THE ABSOLUTE WORST!!! I WILL NEVER EVER GO ON IT AGAIN!!! On that one curve it slams you hard to one side & I can't stand how bumpy it is. Maybe it had a good spell when I was there on my birthday but these last 2 times I went it has been back to it's old self. Demon is ok & I tried the very last seat it slightly better. Vortex-NEVER EVER AGAIN!!! The ABSOLUTE WORST STAND-UP!!! My head got banged around the whole entire time. I didn't get on Physco Mouse at all this year always a line. You know the Edge was not where those racecars are the Edge was behind the purple gate next to the racecars. I studied the area behind the purple fence & can't a giant coaster fit back there??? I feel it can. There's a lot of room. How frigen sad. Top Gun, Invertigo & the Demon are the only decent coasters. I refuse to go back. Not until I see major changes to CGA.

Woo! It's confirmed I'm going tomorrow-Friday for the 3rd & final time. God am I soooo jealous! TPR will be at the 100 x better sister park which I have never been to & I'm dying to go sooooo bad because SFGA still has the Whizzer(got to get the credit one of these days), original Logger's Run layout, Yankee Clipper(I so miss the Clipper!), Triple Play, East River Crawler(the Lobster). I'm assuming too tomorrow won't be so bad. It was light 2 Friday's ago when I went. Has Invertigo been open right at 10am & anyone working Invertigo??? As soon as I get there I am making a beline for Invertigo so I can get at least 5 rides in!
