  1. ^^ OK, I have no clue if there's sarcasm hidden in that post, but either way, I am disturbed.
  2. I know it's a cliché by now, but I don't think a drop tower is out of the running. They have small footprints, can be easily marketed as an "extreme" ride, and the park desperately needs one. Additionally, this is the first time in several years the park could add a non-coaster ride (If Screamscape is right). Adding a Star Flyer is anothother possibility, but I'd say if WindSeeker @ Knott's ends up as a failure to bring in crowds, you can kiss that idea goodbye.
  3. ^ And a guy going SPLAT! against the train and a fence!
  4. Wow, that looks really good! Nice work! I can't think of any critiques because I couldn't do better myself!
  5. ^ That's what the trains looked like when the ride opened. Did you ever see Rollercoaster? Link!
  6. Thanks! I hadn't noticed it before, and was curious.
  7. Just wondering, what were the flashing letters on the "Ride Institute" page under "Studies" for? I see a blue m, orange V, yellow 2, and a green B at the bottom right of the page. I know this might be an outdated question, I was just curious.
  8. ^ I haven't seen the retro train on Revolution in probably a year or so, since they put "The Other Guys" banners on it. As for GL testing, keep your eyes on SFMM's Facebook page!
  9. Dang, I passed over that when I was looking through RCDB. Oh well, that was a ton of fun!
  10. I'm going to say Alpine Bobsled or Screamin' Demon @ Great Escape. Both will be ridden by TPR later in the year, both were relocated 10+ years ago, and one of the park's rides, Comet, came from Crystal Beach home of the famous Crystal Beach Cyclone, the same name as Coney Island's Cyclone.
  11. Is it considered one of the best coasters of its kind?
  12. Is it a clone or duplicated model? (Boomerang, Batman: TR)
  13. It's far from "rare", but you have to make the trip all the way up to Washington state to get on the rides at the Puyallup Fair (RHYMES FTW!). Once again, not rare, but you have to visit in a span of 2 weeks, and Washington isn't the "Ultimate Coaster Destination" of the US anyway... Link: Puyallup Fair @ RCDB
  14. I really hope they take down Bizarro @ SFNE. With the open space, they could easily add in several other QUALITY attractions, like a nice, old transported SLC with the old Vekoma restraints that put your head in the prime headbanging-zone that EVERYONE ABSOLUTELY LOVESSS!!!!!1!!!!! They could also put in some other quality designs like another Boomerang, cause the world could always a few more of them and the design is so perfect with the old cars, it makes me cry everytime I ride it because its sooooooo good. In actuality, tear down Grizzly @ CGA. People ride that piece of crap! Put in something good so people up there will realize they wasted their time going on it.
  15. Batman @ Night with fog and lights was amazing! (Especially in the front row) Also, it started sprinkling, so a little extra water was a nice addition. Anyway, Batman is always fun to ride when it's open, but I wouldn't be extremely disappointed if I visited and it was closed. But, a night ride with fog...
  16. That's an awesome video, and I would totally enter if I was on YouTube, but oh well... I'd probably have trouble coming up with a good idea anyway...
  17. The new Wii U has been announced! It looks awesome, and I can't wait till it's released, along with its game selection!
  18. ^ Overall, don't expect it to be too bad, but it is summer, so expect 30 minute waits AT LEAST for Tatsu, Apocalypse (1 train), Goliath, and of course, X2.
  19. If Rockin' Rollercoaster,Indiana Jones: Temple of Peril, and Space Mountain (Paris) didn't exist, California Screamin would be the only looper. Remember, only Indiana Jones is a looping ride, the rest don't have any loops! Nice TR, those were some great pics! It looks like you had a great time!
  20. ^ I doubt it, TV shows can have cliffhangers, so why not RCT3 parks?
  21. I'm surprised that you found it that rough. Now, I know stand-ups are not the smoothest coasters, but I only notice headbanging before the MCBR mainly. Oh well, it sucks you didn't get on Superman or Apocalypse: They're two of the best coasters in the park.
  22. Great choices of music for the farewell video. It's sad to see this park go after two incredible years of updates. You did a great job showing what you can accomplish in Roller Coaster Tycoon. Thanks for the consistent updates, and an awesome park! Hope to see your new projects posted in the future!
  23. I don't know if I've ever been so disturbed by a coaster description in my life...
  24. Lucky me! I've been on exactly 5! Dueling Dragons (Fire) Dueling Dragons (Ice) Silver Bullet Flight Deck (CGA) Batman The Ride (SFMM)
  25. How can Vortex (CGA) have any votes? It's seriously one of the worst coasters in CA. What I like about Arrow coasters is that with a little bracing, you can avoid most of the headbanging. Vortex, on the other hand has no escape because of the gigantic, crappily made restraints that box you in! Now that my rant's over, Riddler's is the best of the few that I've been on. It's smooth, fast, and has single rider: What more could you ask for?
