  1. then again, I see that the track is a different color. what set do you have with trains like that if it's not screamin serpent?
  2. That's awesome! I love K'nex. you must have at least two of the "Screamin' Serpent" sets with that big of a train. I have one of those, and a few other large sets, that I used in attempt to make a roller coaster. It worked out good for a while, there was a station, I made the lift steeper so I could build high without taking up so much space. Mine was just over 5 ft. there was a giant corkscrew that went directly over the station. It would work, sort of. there would be little problems here and there and I kept building bigger, and with only one of the screamin serpent sets, there is now not enough track. I'd like to start from scratch and not try and build so big. For now, it's just kind of decomposing in my room. Yours looks great keep up the good work
  3. When I go to SFKK in a few weeks, I was hoping I could take some on-ride pics to post when I get back. Who should I ask to take the pics? The ride ops right before I get on, or what? Can you please be as specific as possible. It would help a lot. Thanks
  4. I'm afraid of heights unless I know I can't fall, so on rollercoasters, it doesn't bother me. I Used to love rollercoasters, but I never rode them. I didn't like the feeling of airtime. When i was on a group trip to SFDL in 3rd grade. I said how I was gonna go on everything, but only ended up going on predator once. my eyes were closed the entire ride except a few brief moments it was actually kinda fun, but I didn't ride another roller coaster until a two years later, again at SFDL, I went right on boomerang. Even though I was scared, it was fun, and from then on, I LOVE the airtime, I'll go on any roller coaster. I was cured of my fear, luckily. Could you imagine being a coaster enthusiast, but not actually going on the rides?
  5. Odene was the name(WTF?) of this crazy, fat busdriver my class had on our 8th grade class trip, 497 was our bus number. so i thought I'd dedicate my screename to good 'ol Odene
  6. Peter-"The best thing you can do for a man is learn to love his farts"
  7. Sister Act 2 is good, too. Grease 2 I've never seen the whole thing, but from what I've seen I don't like because it's just not the same as the original
  8. The part where the girls burn was freaky. Does anyone know when FD3 is coming out on video?
  9. I love Pootie Tang! I also like Grease And Sister Act( I know it's weird)
  10. don't you smell it, the smelly smell...the smelly smell of something that smells...smelly-Mr. Krabs
  11. For me it's Seabreeze's Jackrabbit (1920). Still fun, but not spectacular.
  12. I waited 2 hours for Millenium Force, but that was definitley worth the wait, TTD was like 1 and 1/2.
  13. yoooooooooo I've been coming to this sight for a few years, been a member for almost one, and finally figured out and started posting stuff. The park nearest me is Seabreeze, and thats about an hour away, but we usually go to SF darien lake, and thats about 2 hours away. My first rollercoaster ever I think was this little kiddie coaster about 10 mins away from me at a park that used to have rides. My first I guess real rollercoaster was the predator at SFDL. I've been to Cedar Point, SFDL, Seabreeze, Coney Island, Marine Land, and Sea World. I'd love to do more but being 15 I can't just leave and go to parks when I please. I'm lucky if I go to 2 a year, and its ususally a repeat park
  14. When I went there two years ago, the first thing I did was head to disaster transport. It's air conditioned, and will be busy later in the day. It's a cool ride but not worth it if the lines are long. If you go first thing, chances are it'll be a walk-on. From there, I went to wicked twister, and that was prettymuch a walk-on also. I wasn't there when they had maxair and skyhawk, so idk what to tell ya about those. I went for two days. I didn't get on TTD the first day, but went there first thing the second day, and waited while they did tests. A lot of people got discouraged and left. By the time it opened, we had moved so far up in the line that it was a bout a ten minute wait. As for MF, we decided we'd just have to wait, and it was a two hour line. But that was the longest line we waited in, and from then on it was only about an hour or less. idk if any of thats helps or not.
  15. When I was in line for TTD I would count on my watch and they'd launch a train every 50-60 seconds
  16. I usually only talk to people when I am by myself. I'm always excited so I end up asking people things like "have you ridden this before" and stuff like that.
  17. At Noah's Ark in wisconsin dells, there are these two blue slides (The Plunge) that you go down headfirst on a mat. At the top of the main, big portion of the hill, you lift the map up hard, and it offers some amazing airtime as you fly down and land about halfway to the bottom. They also have the Black Anaconda, The worlds longest watercoaster. The only thing is, it uses high speed conveyours instead of water jets, unfortunately, they're not fast enough, so everytime you hit one, you get thrown forward. It's still fun though. Noahs Ark has tons of rides to pick from, as it is the biggest waterpark in the country.
  18. I've never really blacked out but i don't remember the first 2 seconds of Top Thrill Dragsters launch, which makes it that much more fun!
  19. I really hope they don't let SFDL go. It's pretty much all New Yorks got. Seabreeze is boring.
  20. I was in line for Superman at SFDL one night and there were these idk hispanic or sumthing girls that came up to us and said that we cut in front of them, when we really didn't. so we weren't gonna move. And the whole time we listened to them, AND THEIR MOM, call us hoes n stuff like that. One of the girls turned to me and said, "Hey, you pick boogers in the night?" I thought it was hilarious, so I simply replied, "Yea, and I eat them too."
  21. I'll be heading over to SFKK in a few weeks and was wondering if anybody had any tips for avoiding long lines, or what the best seats are on coasters, or anything like that. Thanks
  22. Last I knew the early access rides were MF and TTD, but I'm not sure if it's changed now
  23. yea its just that when i was there i don't remember all of the western theming, so I guess i just forgot
  24. Does anyone besides me think it is going to have a western theme considering the fact that the construction signs are all westerny
