GAME: What's worse than...

Being a person who actually has the experience to answer that question What's worse than breaking your leg getting off a roller coaster? -
I could never figure it out, what combination of words/letters makes the second phrase appear? The "fluffy, fluffy bunnies" one? l(o)ckers

Best and Lamest Coaster "Ending"
braztaz replied to Teddymonster's topic in Theme Parks, Roller Coasters, & Donkeys!
It's not the worst, but Volcano's anti-climactic 70ft drop just isn't a very good finale it all. It's so weak compared to the rest of the ride. -

^It's pretty easy, but it took me a while to get used to them. Just go to a park like Six Flags Santa Fe and looks at the pieces that he used, and try to put some together and experiment with them. Then build a ride and see if you can put something together! Also, just one more of shot Invectus and it's completed area. What do you think of the entire revamped area? -
Bo Burnham! Been watching him since he was on YouTube.

I'm extremely disappointed too. But I think a new Dinosaurs Alive would be one of two attractions we receive in 2012... considering KI's was released the same year as windseeker? -

Two miles! The potential in KD is crazy. 2012 I hope will be a thrilling flat ride, though I'm not too sure about a windseeker... -

Dorney Park! Except that's a very outdated picture! -
I've managed to get two concussions this past year! Also last year, I was late for soccer practice which I really didn't want to go to, my mom was in the car honking the horn to get me out of the house. As I was rushing to get my stuff together, I slipped backwards and hit the back of my head on a corner of a chair's footstool. I walked outside to my mom and casually said "Um my head is bleeding." Half a roll of papertowels later I was at Patient First and got stitches and some of my hair cut off!

I have a PlayStation 2 and that's it. I play FIFA World Cup 2006 a couple times a year. Not much of a gamer...

Derek: Agreed, and thanks! CC9: Also agreed thanks! funkymon: Well, I made this long post last page but I didn't really expect any of you (except CC9, you're awesome!) to read it. In summary, the original owner was forced to resign because the company didn't like where he was heading with the park. Now there's new owners, everything's becoming much more corporate, and they're main focus is converting the park into a thrill zone. Dotro: Thanks man! This update will feature two years. ----- 2000 JETSREAM, the park's Arrow looper, is set to retire JULY 23, 2000. Constructed in 1978, Jetstream was one of the world's first multi loopers. In recent years, it's been known to give an extremely rough ride, and it's been overshadowed by more modern loopers located in nearby parks. But on Sunday, July 23rd, 2000 after 22 years, Jetstream will retire after flipping millions of riders upside down for decades. The 2001 attraction is set to be it's replacement, which will revamp the entire entrance area of the park. ----- 2001 Debuting on the main midway at Adventure Springs, INVECTUS will shoot you up 155ft at nearly 60mph...only to fall back and do it over again...3 more times! With the new area's revamp, it really took away the 1920s, traditional feel of the park...only a few more sections still have that '20s feel. But a 155ft Intamin Impulse should be a very nice apology! Adventure Springs is located off of Route 1, just 5 miles outside of Mount Vernon in Fort Belvoir. Joint tickets between Mount Vernon and Adventure Springs are available, season pass to Adventure Springs does not include unlimited visits to Mount Vernon. ------- So what do you guys think? More pictures to come soon! Love to hear all of your comments! -Braztaz -
Full trip report! Well, last thursday I packed up my things and drove up to Allentown with my dad to give Dorney a visit. Left at 8:00 in the morning and got to the park around 3. I had low expectations for the place, I didn't exactly hear fantastic things about it, and while the park was far from fantastic, it was a nice little park with some good (albeit tame) rides. As I was walking up to the park entrance I saw that Talon, the park's invert, had only one row filled up on it's train. Now I know it was a weekday and it shouldn't be too crowded, but this is the first or second week schools are out in Allentown...you'd think it'd be a little more than empty! (Not that I'm complaining!) The first thing I rode was Talon, which was a nice little invert, pretty forceful. I'd rank it above Alpengeist, but below Raptor. Gave a good view of the waterpark, too. Then I went over to Steel Force, the park's Morgan hypercoaster. After riding Magnum, I had extremely high expectations for the ride and expected the CRAZY airtime that Magnum always gave. But, the airtime on Steel Force was very tame, except for the last two bunny hills. The huge helix was a lot of fun, though. I walked right on to the front row for this one, which is a nice plus. Then I rode the park's Wild Mouse, which had AWFUL capacity, my god...it's loading procedure definitely needs to be worked on! The ride itself was fun, though...not enough to go through the line (I was maybe one of about four groups in the station) again. Then, I rode Hydra: The Revenge, which was the park's unique floorless coaster. The first drop was fun, so was the heartline roll out of the station, but that was about all it had to offer that was enough to go "crazy" over. Again, I walked onto this one's front row. I hope attendance isn't a severe problem for this park on weekends. Then I rode Thunderhawk, and I really loved this classic woodie! My only complaint was the trim brake on one of the last airtime hills, which resulted in little airtime. It wasn't too rough and it was the only one in the park that ran 1 train. After that I rode Possesed, which is an Intamin Impulse that I didn't like very much at all. It was way too...loud I guess, which is part of the ride's theming? Because Wicked Twister definitely was much quieter than this. But the holding brake on the back spike was very fun. After that I just rode whatever I wanted. I got bored by about 6, and I never get bored at theme parks...there's just something that this park is missing, and the new Invertigo for next year definitely won't fill that gap. Went to the average waterpark and rode a couple rides, then went back into the park for a couple rides on Steel Force, then left. I had originally planned to go the following morning but decided not to in favor of sleeping in. Steel Force x6 Hydra x2 Talon x4 Possessed x1 Thunderhawk x1

Am I the only one who liked Hangover 2? I mean the shemale part was pretty unnecessary (especially since I saw it with my dad...awkward), but it had some pretty good jokes. Yes I've seen the first, I didn't think they were too alike...I mean the storylines, apart from the hangover, someone disappearing, Alan drugging everyone...were completely different! So were the jokes, too.

I'm 5'9 and 120 pounds....I'm really skinny, but I eat sooo much and I barely exercise in the summer. It makes no sense!

^I've always felt that with the old-school pre-drop, the coaster looks fine even with the in-game 205ft scale. ----- ThermoCLIMB has been receiving rave reviews from riders since it's opening! It's known to give more forceful airtime than the two other B&M hypercoasters that opened this year and has found it's place on the top of enthusiasts' favorites list. Here's more pics of the revamped area! The hammerhead turn sure is a lot of fun! Also, construction plans have been leaked! I'm not allowed to show you the exact papers that were released, but it's calling for the next new rollercoaster to be added in 2001, to revamp the ENTRANCE area of the park! It's filed to have a height of 155ft! But, (this is very vague so I'm not 100% sure) it's going to be replacing an older roller coaster, whose service will end in summer of 2000. The two coasters near the entrance of the park would be Jetstream and Rickety Ranger, the two oldest coasters in the park. I really wish that none of them would go, both of them have a very special place in my heart....I hope this rumor isn't true! ---- What do you guys think of the new pictures? Any guesses on the rumored 2001 ride, and which coaster do you think may be removed? -Braztaz -

You should be able to hit all of the main coasters easily in one day. At park opening, go right back to the Congo and get Volcano out of the way before crowds roll in. Then hit everything else in the Congo at your own pace. Dominator's line empties at around 3, so wait until then to hit that up. Everything else should be easy.
