  1. I think anyone who lived through the summer the Midwest just lived through will have nothing but good things to say about more waterpark attractions. I know I heard a lot of awful stories. If they put a big giraffe head up on top of the former PP, that would be pretty damned awesome.
  2. Fun report and I couldn't agree more about the TCM maze: AWESOME.
  3. Gorgeous update! It's an interesting choice they've made, to "fence in" the lift hill. This is the first time I've seen this. Has it ever been done on a coaster before? I laugh in awe EVERY time I see a shot of that overbanked turn. MUST HAVE.
  4. Another fantastic report; enjoying these so much! "World of Warcraft..."
  5. ^I'm sure you are right about the view, but I think 150 feet is about all I can handle on a Star-Flyer. Any higher than that, I want more than slinkly little chains holding me up. #BigWuss Very interesting trivia about the Ferris wheel; I had no idea.
  6. I hope your excellent memo to Six Flags is read and noted by all the major chains. Disney certainly gets it; most of the rest not as much: Cool rockwork makes everything better. Very glad to see you also grabbed some ECAT, Exclusive Clean Air Time.
  7. Even if this event is lighter on the scares, the "phobias" maze sounds pretty enticing (I'll probably never completely get over a fear of heights), and I would love to see this gorgeous park all fogged up and spooky some time. Plus, those nurses. Cool report!
  8. Wow, I did not appreciate how spindly those spokes really look on the Ferris wheel until seeing this report. And that Star Flyer? Forget it, NO WAY EVER, EVER, EVER, EVER. Awesome photos, thanks!
  9. All these China trip reports are jaw-droppingly amazing. Some of these parks look almost post-apocalyptic. The dark rides alone are making me crazy with want.
  10. "Airtime Hump" (This looks amazing. I didn't need another reason to want to get to this park very, very badly, but one more is fine.)
  11. Yeah, this does look pretty cool. A flyer with a vertical lift is highly appealing to me.
  12. Every new detail is full of win. Looking fantastic! Thanks for this update!
  13. Another sweet collection! Boy, I sure do miss the Tree Triple Wheel... [runs off to rewatch "Beverly Hills Cop 3"] Thanks as always for posting all this great material!
  14. Fantastic report, and I'm loving all the culture/non-park related stuff as much as the rest. The Great Wall, does indeed look great. Looking forward to more!
  15. These are amazing shots, and certainly, those vistas up there are insane. If we can qualify that second thing as a "mine train" coaster, then HANDS DOWN, that's the best view off of a mine train you will ever find.
  16. Dear Rocky Mountain Coasters, You give me a ginormous happy. Sincerely, Robert (And Chadster, A freaking Plus for these updates.)
  17. China, YOU SO CRAZAY! That looping toboggan is amazing.
  18. I gotta say, I thought the High-Five element looked very, very cool, but these two shots go WAY past my expectations for its awesomeness. Yeah, want dat bad. "Music Virus" = "Disco Fever" ? Fantastic updates!
  19. ^This Flyer is a work of art. Amazing.
  20. Spectacular! Thanks for grabbing these!
  21. Looks like this trip is a complete mega-blast, even if some of it also looks like the TPR version of Fear Factor. Poor Lunchmeat looks like he's coming down with mange or something.
  22. "I tried to tell them that I was a manboy to see if that counted, but it didn't." I think I may need to print this on a shirt and wear it all the time. (Another great report; thanks again!)
  23. Man, I love these "Deep China Expedition" trip reports. So cool. And congrats on 122 finds! Those cars on the coaster are awesome!
  24. Wow, this is incredible. So many amazing pictures and adventures; that train market is CRAZY! And loving all the animal encounters! Feeding the swimming monkeys... so envious. Plus, you're doing some really wonderful deeds there as well. Three cheers to you and your family for that.
  25. Everything is looking SWEET! Very, very exciting. It'll kill me not to be there on Oct. 6th, but to all who do attend, have a great time! The first reports from an actual visit to the functioning House are highly anticipated.
