12 new clips have debuted for the Dark Knight. You can view them here... (spoilers) http://www.iesb.net/index.php?option=com_content&task=view&id=5143&Itemid=99 Clips 8 and 12 involve the Joker. Keep in mind that some of these clips have been edited, as you will clearly see in clip 12. I have to say, all the acting performances in this movie is the best I have ever seen for a superhero movie.

The first clip of Two-Face has been revealed thanks to the Dark Knight viral marketing today. - MAJOR SPOILER - http://www.whysoserious.com/myhero/ I must say, this is epic for a comic book movie. But then of course, Christopher Nolan has taken this franchise further than just "superhero movies".

Kind of a spoiler, but... [[[WARNING: SPOILER!]]] If you pause the trailer at 2:02, you see Harvey Dent as Two-Face

The new trailer has been bootlegged on YouTube, look for it before it goes down. If not, the high quality version will come out this Sunday anyway. The trailer is AWESOME by the way.

Has anyone been following the viral marketing for this movie? It's been insane! There have been several scavenger hunts, websites, and events set up during this marketing campaign. http://www.superherohype.com/news/topnews.php?id=7005

^^ I envy you! Anyways, you can pretty much say that this will top the box office for the year in America. -
Dallas has way more to offer than Lubbock. It's nicer, bigger, and has more things to do. When your in Lubbock, there's almost nothing around for miles except cotton fields. In comparison, Lubbock has a population of about 250,000, while the DFW Metroplex has a population of about 6 million people, so there's more things to do.

I live in Plano (West Plano) which is literally just less than five minutes away from Frisco. I love Frisco and like CD said, it's a great developing area with many things to do. The suburbs North of Dallas are a great place to live, and I think you will enjoy it. Since you are moving to Frisco, you will be 25-30 minutes away from downtown Dallas and 50 minutes to an hour away from SFOT. SFFT is about 5 hours away and the same goes for Sea World. You will be proud to have SFOT your new home park. Good luck with your move, and I hope you like Texas.

^ It was the Dallas auditions, but yeah, I was shocked to hear him say that. I wonder if he has gone to any ACE events and someone on the board knows him. -

Dallas has been a joke this past year! Mavericks: #1 seed (67 wins) - lost first round in playoffs to Golden State Cowboys: #1 seed (13-3) - lost first playoff game, not winning a playoff game for 11 years Stars: - Lost in 1st Round Hopefully the Mavs can get past the first round this year. -

New movie update folks! A new picture and voice over of the Joker is on the Dark Knight's marketing website. The marketing for the movie has been amazing! All day today, people have been sending in pictures from the scavenger hunt that went on today, and the Joker gave us a reward for solving the puzzle. You can understand more by going to this website... http://www.whysoserious.com (click on the picture behind the puzzle) Here's the new pic of Joker... "...and tonight your going to break your one rule."

Well, I hope they theme Goliath well considering the section it's in. SFFT is one of the nicest parks I've been to and I hope they keep the great theming up. Also, those colors will look great in the section also. As for the name, well that doesn't bother me at all, just as long as it's a great ride, which i'm sure it will be.

I'm pretty sure Chris Nolan said he wasn't going to have the Penguin in his Batman movies, and same goes for Robin, Mr. Freeze, and Catwoman. I'm sure that the Joker, Two-Face (Harvey Dent), and Scarecrow will appear in this film, with Harvey Dent becoming Two-Face at the end of the film. That said, the Joker really is the only main villain in this movie, since Scarecrow has a small role. Well anyways, after reading many spoilers and seeing leaked pictures, all I can say is that this movie will be awesome, and much darker than Begins; hence Dark Knight.

At your favorite park...

Six Flags over Georgia: Best: Goliath Worst: Dahlonega Mine Train (ouch!) I was shocked at how painful Dahlonega Mine Train was, and the seats were very uncomfortable for me. -
I can't believe no one has talked about The Bourne Ultimatum! It was, for me, the best movie I have seen this summer. The acting was great, the action was amazing, and I really loved the ending. I gave this movie a 9.5/10. Oh yeah. I really can't wait until Batman: Dark Knight comes out in July. Here's a picture of the joker (Heath Ledger)... ...from Batman-On-Film

What is your next park?
SixFlagsTexas replied to onewheeled999's topic in Theme Parks, Roller Coasters, & Donkeys!
I'll be going to Kemah Boardwalk in about a week, and I'm hoping BB will be open by then. Then later in August I'll be going to Silver Dollar City and Celebration City for the first time. Then on the way home from Branson, I might go to Magic Springs. Should be a fun August. -
Joyland... The Texas Version...
SixFlagsTexas replied to AllenA07's topic in Theme Parks, Roller Coasters, & Donkeys!
^ If you want to visit another park, you can drive two hours north to Amarillo to visit Wonderland. If i'm correct, I think they're adding the Mayan Mindbender coaster that was at SFAW. I've never been there so I can't say anything about the park. Here's the park's website... http://www.wonderlandpark.com -
Joyland... The Texas Version...
SixFlagsTexas replied to AllenA07's topic in Theme Parks, Roller Coasters, & Donkeys!
I've been there a couple of times and I think it's worth a try. It's a small, but enjoyable park. Their coasters are rough, but I thought the flats were enjoyable. With the addition of Greezed Lightnin' you should definitely go, because I thought it was the best coaster at SFAW. Hopefully, it will still run as great as it did when I rode it several years ago. Southern Califnornia to Lubbock? -
Which day did you go? I was there Sunday, and I happen to see Joe by Goliath Games around 4-5 o'clock while I was waiting in line for Goliath. Yeah, Georgia Cyclone did kick major butt that day. I rode in the back of the red train and happened to have the roughest, but the best ride of any woody. I didn't have my lapbar all the way down and I got too much ejector airtime on the second drop (but it was awesome). I was getting bounced around and having airtime at the same time. Anyways, glad yall had fun.
