  1. ^ I saw ya'll there. I rode in the second row a train before ya'll. I believe in the photo of the front row seats you caught my friends knees and hands....
  2. Imagine a 300ft StarFlyer on the top of the Stratosphere... I would be like, AHHHHH!!!
  3. Knowing Busch, one these will be heading to a Seaworld Entertainment Park. (Please BGW) This is a very interesting ride. Can't wait to see it develop. Also, does anybody think that B&M will use the regular B&M restraint or a newer, soft restraint? 'EDIT: Will this have a Water Splash?
  4. ^ Cool. What is the footer set that you use?
  5. ^^ I've never ridden the Voyage so cannot make a opinion on your opinion, but... Was it hot outside? At KD, If it is above 90 degrees I won't touch any of KD's woodies. Rebel Yell has been at its smoothest in years but I will jackhammer you to death if its 95 degrees outside. Also, Did the train feel like it was rolling funny? I know on Grizzly that the Orange train didn't do to well with its rehab in the offseason. Its not connecting to the track correctly or the wheels aren't lining up, IDK, but it is producing some terribly rough rides. The yellow train is just fine though. Just curious.
  6. I really like the old fashion look the woodie has. The only thing I don't like is the drop and turn... old woodies (that I've seen) didn't have those...
  7. So... From what I gather here... here's ya'lls list in order of need and expectations of coaster rejuvenation. 1) Ghostrider 2) Mean Streak 3) Colossus 4) Rattler 5) Cyclone @ SFNE
  8. ^ My bet is on GCI... why? 1) They are cheap. 2) Easy to maintain (otherwise why would smaller parks like Toverland and Beech Bend buy these things) 3) Easy to build in compact/crowded areas. 4) CF has a working relationship with GCI (I plan to see 3 to 4 more GCI woodies coming to CF parks) 5) TGG is kinda already anounced their lineup of constrcution projects next year.( HV Wuhan, Quassy, 2012 Morey's Pier?) 6) An Intamin pre-fab I would wager would be kinda expensive/expriemental...(not something CF is looking to invest in (STR,I305))
  9. ^ It's a good thing this ride isn't being redone by Intamin... They'd probably put trim brakes on that first drop!!!
  10. In two regards I'm not worried about Viper... It has lots of spare parts and from what I hear of it is still very popular at MM. I could care less about GASM. I've never ridden it, it just looks like an over sized version of Anaconda.
  11. to list out the lauch coasters I've ridden... Volcano: The Blast Coaster Flight of Fear (KI & KD) Joker's Jinx Hypersonic XLC Maverick Top Thrill Dragster Backlot Stunt Coaster (KI & KD) Storm Runner Wicked Twister My top three launches are (were): 1. Hypersonic XLC, Top Thrill Dragster, and Volcano: The Blast Coaster
  12. ^Did you have a Green TPR bag? If you did then I saw you!
  13. Grizzly is an acquired taste... You must also know that the coaster is not worth riding when the orange train is on the circuit. Yellow train has been giving its best rides in YEARS! Rebel Yell has not been running well in the heat I might add. Been rearranging my back allot. I will admit Dominator has been suffering some B&M Rattle. More than it has in the past. I have to brace my self in the Interlocking corkscrews.
  14. I'm sorry that you missed out on Grizzly. This week it has been giving incredible rides on Yellow train!
  15. ^ That happened to Intimidator. Your new drop tower could be down allot for high winds too since the park is practically a few miles from the river and it winding winds. Also, I've ridden Griffon during HoS when the surface temperature was 45 degrees. After locking us into the restraint, and giving us the all clear, he said with an evil grin, "I hope you enjoy your ride, there's a wind chill of about 35 degrees at the top of the lift....*evil laugh*" I guess he was in character for HoS. LOL. It was cold. I was so glad to be back on the ground.
  16. There's a new update on BGT Guide. The supports kinda (I mean definitely) look Intamin like Maverick. http://www.bgtguide.com/bgt/project2011/photosjune29
  17. ^ You must have found Wildcat on a bad day... Grizzly with Orange Train, Hurler in general, Rebel Yell in the Heat, MEAN STREAK!
  18. I don't think year round would be practical. They may be considering the idea of going to year-round after the extreme popularity of Christmastown... BUT, The January to March period would be a money wasting stretch. BGE doesn't have winter attractions. I think the operating schedule they are currently using is quite effective. (March-October) (Late November-Late December)
  19. ^ Sadly Griffon is the only coaster that can brave below 44 degrees... (It closes at 40*)
  20. I am sad to say that Adventure Mountain did not get saved in a computer to computer transfer... SO... Expect a New park from me in a few weeks... EDIT: MAKE IT MONTHS!
  21. Keep a watchful eye on my RCT3 thread... BTW, Adventure Mountain is dead...
  22. Allot of CS! Too many packages to remember...
  23. ^ & ^^ Its an idea that I explored. I hope you like my slight dedication to thoroughness.
