Oh man, amazing news! And even greater for the park and perhaps for Europe... The first RMC in Europe could mean the challenge starts.. I'm looking forward to get some old coasters worked out by them. Maybe they start with Bandit around my corner in Movie Park Germany, that would be very obliging My personal question is now, how will I manage it to go there in 2016!? I would like to do that with TPR, but doing a second trip besides (maybe) China might not be possible ;-/ Time to save money after this Scandi Trip Good luck to the park so far!

WFChris; that´s because I merged two photos together Sorry for beeing silent for so long, had much to do besides sitting in front of the PC This is just a small update of the rest of my stay at Abu Dhabi. I´ll try to upload the next pictures of Dubai and the amazing waterparks in the upcoming days. OK, on the second day, we did the BIG BUS TOUR through Abu Dhabi and the Yas Island. It wasworth the money. You can hop on and off during the day on specific sightseeing points. On the third day, I planed to do a half day visit at Ferrari World to get as many rides of Formula Rossa in the front row I would be able to. I didn´t take much pictures there, because nothing special has changed there and there are already many Ferrari World Photo TRs in the forum; I did one too in 2010. look here for more about Ferrari World. In the evening I was looking forward to few rounds on the real Formula One Track on Yas Marina Circuit by bicycle. It´s an offer by the Yas Marina Circuit called Train Yas. You just have to register one time and you get the permission (for free) to train between 6pm and 9pm every tuesday . You can either run there or take the track on your bicycle. They offer many bicycles to rent for free and when they´re out of stock, you can rent them for a small amount of money. It was amazing to cycle around these track and we had so much fun, that we did that for the complete 3 hours Today on the list, the Big Bus Tour through Abu Dhabi and Yas Island There is the Waterpark Yes, Ikea is here since the beginning in 2010 The Grand Mosque Next day, was Ferrari World day Of course I had many rides on Formula Rossa in the front row! I really love to visit the UAE just because of their amazing Waterparks and this one is the next high rated after Aquaventure and Wild Wadi! It´s a perfect addition for Yas Island and Ferrari World and I´m sure with it they´ll get more tourists on Yas Island... wait for the Mall and they´ll have a filled park. The good thing about this 3 waterparks is, that everyone has it´s own unique speciality. Wild Wadi with it´s great connected ways of Masterblasters and Slides, Aquaventure has the perfect Lazy River with the rafting sections and this park now is a more typical Waterpark and has great and special slides, a beautiful theming and this funny Bandit Bomber wich interacts with the crowd and slides around the Pearl Mountain. Same to you, Dan! I enjoyed the time, sadly it was to short. I saw you had some great days during christmas and the new year. I just use Facebook and Youtube. Facebook for The Social Connection; especially to stay in contact with my Themeparkreview friends from the Trips. Hi there! I wish everyone a happy new year! It took me time to prepare this report, so sadly I wasn´t ready in December after my Trip. This was my 3rd Trip to the UAE. The first was at the opening of Ferrari World on Yas Island in 2010. During my plans for that Trip, my mother asked to join the Trip and we had a great time doing our first mother and son Trip since 20 years or so. That time we said we´ll do that again. My second Trip was in 2012 with TPR, totally different and a huge fun - what else would you expect, when you do a Trip with great participants / friends and being on a Trip organized by Elissa and Robb! - I´m looking forward and hope to be on the next UAE Trip sometime in the next years Since I had enough off days in the last winter and still enough money after this years Trips, I made this last minute plans to Abu Dhabi and Dubai, to check out the new Waterpark Yas Waterworld, cycle around on a Formula 1 Track, see the new additions to the Waterparks in Dubai and try to meet some friends. Let us start with the first days of the Trip in Abu Dhabi. The main reason I came back here is "Yas Waterworld", the new Waterpark next to Ferrari World on Yas Island in Abu Dhabi. The complete Yas Island area has changed a lot since I was here in 2010. The Hotels over there have now a beach, free Shuttle busses to every attraction on Yas Island and a good connection to the center of Abu Dhabi. When the big Yas Island Mall is finished in around 1 year, this location ist really amazing - and don´t forget the plans for the Warner Brother Movie Park next to Yas Waterworld. The ground was already cleaned to start the work. Great thing about the new waterpark, you can buy a combi ticket for Ferrari World and Yas Waterworld. Spaceship Ferrari World Say Hello! Like I informed you last time, MERLIN Entertainment bought this Park and it´s located next to their Sealife Center at the Oberhausen CentrO Shopping Mall. HI together! Today was the last day of North-Rhine-Westphalia´s largest Fun Fair in Düsseldorf the "Rheinkirmes"! It´s not that big than the bavarian Oktoberfest, but still one of the best Fun Fairs in Germany and compared to the Oktoberfest, the most important difference are the large beer tents which are missing there. There are just a few of it, but that doesn´t matter, because next connected by two bridges and a ferry connection you can reach the the old town of Düsseldorf with "The longest bar of the World" and our tasty dark beer ("Altbier"). The attractions are similar; there are 4 coasters - the only one which is sadly missing this year was the best of them - Olympia Looping. The coasters over there were Alpina Bahn, Höllenblitz, Spinning Racer, Wild Mouse. Alpina Bahn was the most surprising thing for me, because they spent all Trains new axes and because of that it´s a really smooth, but more intense ride again and the track is totally silent like at Teststrecke or for example Shock - The Steam Machine at Rainbow Magicland, etc. I really can recommend a new ride on it! Let me show the pictures of this year in a different kind of view; I like this unsharp and colorful view at night. Let´s start... Spoiler for next weekend! Füchschen Alt Beer More Beer, traditional Schlüssel Alt Good Old Alpina Bahn... Even more amazing and intense with new axes on every train... ... and it´s silent like Teststrecke or Steam at Rainbow Magicland - worth another ride!
