I've pretty much given up on the Flying Turns coaster at this point. I'm sure they will open at some point, but I'm not holding my breath. At least I still have Phoenix to look forward to come June.

...And so it begins. I'm just glad that little things like that don't bother me.

That's good, though I could see them doing it again on the real busy days this summer.

Could you imagine the price tag on a wing walker of that size. ... projected 4400+ feet. I'm still sticking with a Maverick type coaster for the time being.

^Yea, at this point I would lean towards a "Maverick type" Intamin coaster too. If memory serves me correct, I believe Busch was very curious about Storm Runner a few years back. ...Though I can't remember where I heard that from.

I agree, Flight Deck is a very underrated kick arse coaster. As for the Grizzly, in my opinion it doesn't even come close to the crappiness of Predator at Darien Lake. ...Though it's still funny that it ends up being last every year in the poll.

Between all these Harry Potter commercials down here in central Florida, I did actually see one for King Kong at USH the other day.

I'll sign up right now for that possible layout. Plus with Intamin being the rumored manufacturer, I'm really keeping my fingers crossed on this one. ...Of course, time will tell.

Edit: Oh and Lake Placid 2 already has a few great lines. MEGA PIRANHA: They double in size every 36 hours. Tonight should be great!!!

First Winter Haven loses the Indians and gets Legoland, and now this. So what happens if Lakeland was to lose the Tigers, could we get a Six Flags or Cedar Fair park to replace them?

...And you definitely get wet on Dudley and Popeye, or should I say soaked. Which is why I do the same thing, I ride Jurassic every time I go and save Dudley and Popeye for when friends/family visit from out of town.

Just make sure you ride Nighthawk early. Nice job on the trip report, pkdcoaster. I really liked the closeups and angles you got of Intimidator.
