^Thank-you. I was starting to feel like I was the only one that felt that way about Nitro. I also agree with you about Medusa. Believe it or not, my favorite steel coaster at SFGAdv. is Batman-The Ride.
Nitro @ SFGAdv.
It's a very good coaster, just not a top 10 coaster IMO. I would put it in the 15 to 25 range. I liked the helix and the drop after the breakrun, but the first drop did nothing for me.
The way it's going now, I think construction on ET will be done by early May. That leaves them about 3 weeks to complete Plaza del Carnaval and ET's testing. I think that's very doable.
Then why is SFStL so barren? As far as I know, St. Louis is a larger metropolitan area....
What, a larger metro area then NYC, northern Jersey, CT, Boston, and Philly? I don't think so.
Edit: With that said, I do think SFStl. is overdue for a coaster.
I don't want to turn this into a PKD vs. IOA topic, but come on it's not even close. Paramount has turned Kings Dominion into a borderline joke of a park, and IOA is one of the best parks in the world. I try and support PKD, but it gets harder and harder each season.
Anyway, enough with that rant. Take it for what it's worth, it's only my opinion.
I pick IOA, since it's my favorite park.
