I can give some quick answers, hopefully some others who were on our trip could chime in as well. This is a busy time of the year for most people so you may not get as many responses as another time. 1. Most of the Knock-off's have very obvious problems with them. Whether it's ride experience, restraints, boarding procedures, etc. They are easy to tell apart to an enthusiast and I can't think of any Knock-off's that are better than the originals. 2. The Western designed rides for the most part seem better in China! It's crazy, but maybe they have more freedom of design or can push the envelope a bit more because they're usually better rides and some even have better theming. 3. The theming looks amazing, but up close you can tell it's only an inch or two deep as opposed to parks like IOA or Disney where it's much more immersive. 4. No, they have a very small enthusiast population and most people go to the parks, walk around, maybe ride everything once at the most and that's it.

For those of you who were on the site back when Animal Crossing was big, this is kind of like it! It's a really fun 'free' game and you should all be playing! I did find something to help those of you playing. Once you have 50 Santa Coins, you cannot get more from your friends towns. So spend them on something, then go back to your friends towns for more. Also please post here if you're requesting me as a friend so I know who you are, I don't approve people unless I know them.

^You're correct...they seem to not kill you quite as much as the older ones. I think a coaster like this will be great for Flamingo Land. It will be only the second flying coaster in the whole country right? It's a marketing dream even though it may not be a coaster enthusiasts dream...more like nightmare. I wonder if some of the UK Parks can pick up any cheap rides or coasters from Camelot?

I actually had Robb ask this question to them and they say that they budget and secure supplies several years in advance for the balloons.

How about Maus au Chocolat at Phantasialand? It takes the Toy Story Mania ride and makes it even better with real set pieces and design. We loved it this summer and you never hear anything about it!

Looks really awesome! We saw a demonstration of the interactive wristband water park game at IAAPA. Looks like a wet version of MagiQuest for those of you who've played it before.

^It's Chinese theming though...something feels really wrong or like only 1" deep about it.

^Thanks for the update, please let us know any further developments for the park. Hopefully they can find a buyer who can run the park right, it certainly has a lot of potential.

Kristen received her awesome Secret Santa Gifts today!!! Thanks to Cammy!!!! (One of Brandy's super awesome little girls!) Shrinky Dinks!!! These are awesome fun! Kristen is obsessed right now with Beanie Baby Birds, and this is one she doesn't have!!! It's already part of the 'Gobbles' Family.

Meh, they showed the video like 17 times today on the news. Didn't look like a big deal at all. The dolphin was smarter than the kid!

FYI - Just got off the Monarch of the Seas to do a 'Klassy Kruise Komparison'...wait a minute...maybe that's a bad combination of letters!!! It was awesome. Really made us realize even more how pathetic Carnival is. We specifically chose what should have been a TERRIBLE cruise to try and give Carnival a fair shot. This Royal Caribbean cruise was shorter, cheaper, same size boat, same departure point, just as old, etc. It was an amazing cruise. Service, Food, Activities. Ugh, just so pathetic about Carnival!!!! Robb will most more updates soon!

A few answers... - Sorry, we were away the past few days, I will get caught up on all my emails in the next day or so. - There is always something major closed at the Tokyo Disney Resort, that's just how their very ambitious rehab schedule is. I breathed a sigh of relief to see that Space would be down as opposed to something truly unique like: Pooh, Journey, Tower, Raging Spirits, Sinbad, Monsters, 20,000 leagues, Aquatopia, etc. Space is just a clone of the Disneyland and HK Disneyland rides with no music. - Those are the correct dates for Mexico. - Trip boards will open this week and that will serve as your confirmation about the trip. I will post here when they open. - At this time it looks like Texas / Midwest will be two buses. Two buses are better for the US Trips as we can get better perks from the parks bringing more people. In the meantime, if there are any other questions keep them coming!
