    This is old news. It happened 2 months ago. I don't think it even closed the ride for more then a few days.

    Did you bother to read my whole post or the original post? The topic is "Six Flags, Which one". With out explanation this does not make sense. How can you say which has the best price or what has the best rollercoasters unless you have been to them all. For me I would say SFMM for all of them. Now does this help in any way? NO, because I haven't told you why SFMM. It's my preference It provided no useful information on which SF park to visit. All I'm saying is a better topic would have been "Which Six Flag Park do you like and Why"

    Unless the person has been to all Six Flag parks there is no reference point. So this this topic is pointless. Most people will pick a park that is close to them. So a list of their top parks is meaningless. Now if the topic had been "Tell me your Favorite Six Flags park and why" would have produced a more useful thread.

    We had a two room suite with a little kitchen. It was great , we had plenty of room. With the separate rooms we didn't have to worry about getting up and going to bed at the same time.

    I love the Boardwalk. That is where I stayed last week. Nice place, right between Epcot and MGM.

    I missed you by a few weeks. I just got back from WDW and I thought of you when I went by the Germany in Epcot. At least I got to talk to you a bit when you came out West to the Alvey's party. Glad to hear your back safe and hope you can come back soon. Bob

    This has as much chance of being built as the world's largest ferris wheel on the North end of the strip. Why? They don't have the money. I knew a guy who was going to build a theme park in Atwater, California on the old AFB. He dropped names like you wouldn't believe. He mistook their interest as wanting to invest which wasn't the case. The project fell apart because of no money. He lost like a $100,000 on it. Had lots of cool ideas like a water park for the summer then in the winter they would freeze the slides so they could be used then too. I talked to a guy last October about a theme park he was going to build here in Fresno. He too dropped names. Said the had the log ride from the old MGM theme park in Vegas, had a 16 trailer Shwarzkopf a dark ride etc. Park was going to be open this Summer. Hasn't happened. It is easy to dream the reality sets in.

    Try the Shave Ice. It is like a snow cone but the ice is shaved really fine. It is like fresh powdered snow. You can get it in a bunch of flavors. One of my favorites is with rootbear and cream. I have seen imitations here on the main land but it is not the same.

    Maybe if we knew why you wanted to park so early we could answer your question. It's an odd question because none of us understand why you would want to parking lot so early since nothing is open. It can't be that you want to be first in line because you could pull up to the parking lot and wait for it to open. So why don't you just have breakfast across the street. Leave your car there for a halfhour while you do whatever it is you want to do then move your car when the parking lot opens?

    I fly 3 to 4 times a year and have never lost a bag. I fly American a lot and never have had any trouble and I will be flying them next month through DFW to MCO too. Usually a bag shows up late. I have had that happen a couple of times. It ends up on the next flight for whatever reason. Don't wait around, make them deliver it to your hotel.
