  1. None, I'm watching a movie, Bride of the Gorilla !
  2. I find it hard to believe there is only am 18" gap. Where did that information come from?
  3. Are they open everyday of the week during the off season or is it like Magic Mountain and are only open weekends and Holidays during the off season?
  4. Sounds like people go there to party and the beach. Kind of like trying to put a Theme Park in Las Vegas, it isn't going to work.
  5. I have always wanted to do one of those Medieval Times. Just never had the chance when we were close to one. Was it all in Italian? Did you have any trouble understanding what was going on?
  6. I think the reason nets haven't been considered may be for a couple of reasons. It is not clear what or where the object came from that hit the people. The first time I rode on the coaster I couldn't tell when the coasters dueled. It is possible the people assumed the object came from the other coaster. The other possible reason for not putting up a net is visual. They may think the look from off the ride may not be worth it.
  7. It is nice to see other areas of the World and not just inside the parks.
  8. I think the park property boundary is that road behind Apocalypse; I think I heard somewhere that there would never be any development beyond that due to restrictions of some sort.
  9. That is what I was thinking too. You don't want the track to stand out when you are in the show building. It could possible be a different color outside to blend.
  10. Interesting, Maybe the thought is that you get the rush of people early in the season and to get people to come back you open a ride half way through.
  11. There is going to be a nice patch of land there once Deja Vu is gone.
  12. Nice to see them adding to the park. Can't wait to see all the details and the start of construction.
  13. Wouldn't being on an island kind of limit the number of people that will visit? If this thing ever gets built, I don't see how it will attract 1.5 million visitors a year.
  14. That is cool, I never knew that is what they did with the BTMRR trains. I'm going to have to look for that the next time I'm there.
  15. ^agreed, it is kind of like when they turn off the special effects. The ride is still good, just better when everything is working like it is supposed to.
  16. I think diving into the mouth will be cool, at least watching it will!
  17. Why do they call it National State Fair? What is National about it? Nice pics by the way. I love going to fairs.
  18. I don't even remember seeing this when we were there. Is this a separate gate?
  19. I like how the park has a huge indoor section with just a few rides on the outside.
  20. Nice, that will be good for the area and put a lot of people to work,
  21. I think I remember having trouble following this rule when I was in China! Alpine slides are a blast, they need more of them here in the US. Here is a question, How many TPR members have been hurt on TPR trips on Alpine slides!
  22. ^I agree, should have kept the bumper cars!
  23. Depends on if your going to post pictures here!
  24. This makes me bummed. I really liked the John Carpener version too! Maybe it's time Hollywood started coming up with original ideas instead of trying to remake movies that were good to begin with.
