  1. I'm not really sure what to think on this. It looks good, but it's not doing much for me. Maybe it's just the setting off the ride, or the fact that it's merely an impulse. Would this concept work on a full=circuit? That may just end up being a dueling slc, but even that'd be great.
  2. I think you could mix in a few more land types to break up the snow; it's all really white right now. Maybe in the lower areas mix in gray stone or grass, or both.
  3. Wow, I remember when you first posted this at NE years ago! I was never able to download it so I\'ll definitely do so now!
  4. "Preview means ONE or TWO shots. Not your entire park. Please confine all Preview Thread items to one or two pics. "
  5. Yeah, a reminder would have been appreciated. Regardless, we'll see you guys next round.
  6. Now go put that in a layout and actually make it look good.
  7. I absolutely love this project, with this style of RCT3 being my favorite. Not overly detailed, but just the right amount to be more than "basic". I am new to the game, so I'm a bit unaware of what's custom or not in your screens. Any way you could tell me here (or through PM) what sets you're using in this park? That would be great, as this is really the look I'm going for.
  8. Not sure if you still need them, but here is Jcat's Steelworx set. Also on that site are many other sets by him. LINK
  9. I want to like it, but it just seems to he missing something. Maybe slightly thicker foliage? I'm not sure SF would entirely rid the native foliage in favor of a theme, so you could throw in some taller trees, or I guess more Washington-friendly foliage to bring the area full circle.
  10. I'm not sure about its close proximity with the parking lot, but the coaster does look good. I love the rather small-scale layout you're going with.
  11. Fat-G, this park trumps all over your last just by using actual tarmac paths! That's also a bit of its downfall, however, as there's nothing to break it up at all.
  12. The more developed areas are looking rather nice. The landscaping is a bit distasteful, but works in larger areas. Rather than copy the same foliage pattern in large and small areas, why not try more subtle, manicured foliage in smaller areas, namely those entirely surrounded by path?
  13. Wow, I'm impressed. Especially with that very last screen, that looks wonderful. I'm glad you're trying out new stuff as well; you were just a bit repetitive with your last projects, but that's not necessarily a bad thing as you improved greatly. I'll be watching this for sure, as well as everyone else I'm assuming.
  14. That just may be your best building ever? Keep going!
  15. Works for me, see you guys then!
  16. I'm in. (...and I'll captain if needed)
  17. Fat-G, that's full of awesome. I think you could get away with an AT-AT made of quarter tile blocks rather than that object, but that screen is still awesome!
  18. Well obviously if the full tile path isn't working, go for a traditional path. Chaotic tends to mean "too many/much", therefore there are a bit too many shrubs and grasses.
  19. In Dot's defense that screen is far from perfect. The foliage is too chaotic and lacks and sort of aesthetic flow. The full tile paths with the chain link fence don't look good either.
  20. What tells us that that is fantasy? everything in that screen could be made in real life. (The waterfall could me made from a pump, you know)
  21. I must question the size of that wing coaster if the turn from the lift and onto the brake run are from two separate locations, with no portion of the layout between. The thing must be huge and I'm afraid that that may not be a good thing.
  22. There's just a lack of substance in all of your screens. All you seem to be doing is placing a flat and surrounding it by shrubbery or some other sort of foliage. Do something with your rides.
  23. grrt, I love that. Show more!
  24. I am genuinely excited for this. Seems like a great addition for this park.
  25. Slap in the face to Universal's rumored Avatar ride?
